I’m motivated by learning, cultural exchange and personal growth. I genuinely enjoy being in international environments, meeting people from different backgrounds and learning from daily life, not only from books.

What brings me happiness is feeling useful and connected: helping others, contributing to a shared project and seeing concrete results from what I do. I’m especially motivated when I can use my language skills (I speak Italian, English and Spanish fluently) to support communication, teaching, hospitality or daily tasks.

I really enjoy working with young people and teaching. Sharing knowledge, supporting learning and seeing progress — whether in languages, school subjects or everyday skills — is something that motivates me a lot and gives me real satisfaction.

I also have a strong interest in languages and cultures, and I would love to use this experience to start or improve languages such as Chinese (Mandarin), Cantonese and Japanese. Being immersed in a local environment and learning directly from people is what motivates me the most.

I’m a curious, open-minded and responsible person. I like routines, but I also enjoy adapting to new situations and challenges. In my free time I enjoy languages, travel, meaningful conversations and discovering local ways of living.

For me, Workaway is not just about work, but about exchange, respect and growing together. I always try to bring a positive attitude, reliability and genuine interest in the people and the place I’m staying in.

Yes, I’m very interested in both learning and teaching languages. I speak Italian, English and Spanish fluently, and I’d be happy to help others with any of these through tutoring, conversation practice or informal language exchanges. I also have experience working with students and really enjoy teaching and supporting learning in a positive and motivating way. I also have a basic knowledge of German at school level and have studied Russian at university level, which has given me a strong interest in languages and how they work. At the same time, I’m very motivated to learn new languages, especially Mandarin Chinese, Korean, Cantonese and Japanese. I believe language is one of the best ways to connect with people and cultures, and I’d love to practice through immersion, daily interaction and exchanges with native speakers.

I have strong skills in communication, teaching and working in international environments. I speak Italian, English and Spanish fluently, and I’m comfortable using languages on a daily basis for teaching, tutoring, customer support and hospitality-related tasks.
I have experience working with students and young people, especially in educational contexts such as homework support, tutoring and language learning. I enjoy explaining concepts clearly, adapting to different learning styles and creating a positive, motivating environment. I’m patient, organized and reliable, which helps me work well with both children and adults.
I also have two years of experience working as a waiter, which helped me develop strong customer service skills, teamwork, time management and the ability to work well under pressure. I’m comfortable interacting with guests, handling responsibilities and maintaining a professional and friendly attitude in fast-paced environments.
I’m also used to taking responsibility and managing tasks independently. I can help with daily organization, planning activities, supporting projects and collaborating within a team. I adapt easily to new environments and I’m comfortable following instructions as well as taking initiative when needed.
Additionally, I have good interpersonal skills and I enjoy interacting with people from different cultures. I work well in hospitality, guest support and community-based projects, where communication, flexibility and a positive attitude are essential.

In my free time, I enjoy a mix of social and personal activities. I like spending time with people, having meaningful conversations and sharing everyday moments. I’m also interested in languages, travel and learning about different cultures through real-life experiences.

I enjoy simple, social activities such as board games, card games and group activities, especially when they help people connect and have fun together. I’m happy to join shared meals, community moments and daily life routines.

I also enjoy reading, working out, swimming and practicing different kinds of sports, as well as listening to music. I appreciate having some quiet time to recharge, study or reflect, while still enjoying an active and balanced lifestyle.
