Hi! I’m Lise, a 32-year-old woman from northern Norway. I am an educated nurse and also have a background in food, nutrition and health. I’m half Swiss, as my mother was Swiss, and I speak Swiss German. I would love to spend more time in Switzerland, get to know more of the culture and become better connected to this part of my background.

I enjoy an active lifestyle and love spending time in nature. I like to make the most of the seasons and enjoy different activities throughout the year. In summer, I love hiking in the mountains, while winter is for alpine and cross-country skiing. When I’m having a more relaxing day, I enjoy reading, cooking, doing yoga or simply taking some time to unwind.

I would describe myself as friendly, reliable and curious, and I’m always eager to learn new things. I appreciate good conversations and the connections that can grow from them.

I can contribute with a positive and hardworking attitude, and I am flexible and happy to help with a variety of daily tasks. I enjoy gardening, cooking and keeping things tidy and organized. I like creating structure and am happy to help with general housekeeping and other practical tasks. I get along well with people of different ages and enjoy meeting new people and learning about different backgrounds and ways of life. I am practical, reliable and eager to learn new skills, and I always try to contribute wherever help is needed.
