Descripción
We are land tenders and surfers committed to caring for the ocean and earth. We are dedicated to preserving traditional wisdom while also adapting to changing circumstances. After over ten years working as gardeners in Los Angeles, California we have moved to Europe in search of a new home along the Atlantic Coast. We have a broad base of knowledge and skills rooted in tending to the earth. We work primarily with native ecosystems, fruit trees and medicinal plants and edibles. We have extensive work building and tending to gardens as professionals. We are also familiar with and interested in expanding our skills in building. We have been practicing joinery using hand tools and experimenting with sho shugi ban and other natural building techniques. Compost is our deep passion as a means of nurturing the microbial life in soil, we would love to help create or nurture a compost system. We are also deeply interested in weaving and learning more about natural fibers. We practice yoga and meditation daily and are happy to share our practice.
