Hey, I'm currently in Edmonton, Canada and would love to meet new people and get a coffee for example! 🫶😊

Descripción
Hey, I’m Lavina!
I’m a 23-year-old social work student from Germany, currently finishing my bachelor’s degree. I’m curious about people, places, and stories – and that’s one of the reasons why I’m so excited to travel through Canada and volunteer along the way!
During my studies, I worked in both research and project management. I’m also a certified project manager and truly enjoy organizing. I’d describe myself as thoughtful, detail-oriented, and someone who enjoys taking responsibility.
As a social worker, I love connecting with people and would be happy to contribute my interpersonal skills wherever I can. Whether it’s supporting in community work, helping with kids, gardening, household tasks, or other kinds of hands-on help – I’m open and eager to learn.
My friends and family would describe me as warm-hearted, open-minded, supportive – but also determined and reliable. I value respectful communication, a positive atmosphere, and being part of a team.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, gardening, cooking and baking vegetarian food, visiting concerts, and being creative – for example, sewing or knitting. I’m always up for learning something new and love gaining insights into different ways of life.
Visiting Canada has been a dream of mine for years – mainly because of its stunning nature. I love hiking, so I’m especially excited to explore the outdoors.
I’ll be in Canada for three months, starting in Vancouver in mid-August, and would love to make about three stops along the way as I travel towards Toronto.
If this sounds like a good fit – I’d love to connect! 😊
