Costa Rica, looking for experiences that allow me to connect with nature as a spiritual force

Descripción
I am at a transitional time in life. I worked hard in the television drama industry for years and then the industry went into a downturn, just as I began to feel a profound spiritual shift - I need to work/give service in something more meaningful.
Having retrained, I have just started teaching Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes (currently to people diagnosed with Cancer), so instead of creating television to satisfy millions, I am helping people with their resilient response to an illness, with a view to working with other groups too. I am finding it incredibly rewarding - and I can teach remotely and so, provided there is a Wifi connection, and my obligations (currently 90 minutes a week online with double the amount of planning and administration around this) can be honoured, the remainder of my time can be spent avidly volunteering.
Regarding volunteering experience, I am new to it (though regret that it did not occur to me as a possibility earlier in life). Most recently, I volunteered in a clinic in Uganda, in a small village, outside a small town, far from Kampala, serving local rural villages and, although I am not a nurse, found that I thrived on helping out the nurse/midwife who runs the clinic, testing and treating malaria, cleaning and dressing some serious wounds (government hospitals are too expensive and so the clinic dealt with whatever came through the door), etc., whilst living with a large 'family' (nuclear and all those that live in the home, supported with their school fees), helping the youngest with their school work and the elder with life skills, e.g. meal planning.
I also cooked for the family (I am adept at and loving cooking for large numbers of people, all self-taught, purely out of a passion for nurturing people with good food) and helping them business plan the next ventures for their charitable foundation.
I love to work hard. And it doesn't matter what that work is, providing it is supporting clear and valid aims. Again, at the clinic, I cleaned every inch of it (due to noxious road dust and helped to move facilities around and so that the patient-facing services were less impacted by relentless road problems. My host family were also stunned to see that I know how to handwash!
I love love love animals. Dogs primarily, but also cats, horses, cows…and I have a great love of goats (used to look after my neighbour’s aged 8) and chucks, so if you need help with a chaotic menagerie, point me at ‘em. (I don’t travel with fancy clothes!)
I have a Masters Degree in Creative Writing and, as stated above, a Diploma in Creative Writing for Therapeutic Purposes, plus a rusty TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language), so can teach, if appropriate. I’m not specifically trained to work with kids but, as stated, did in Uganda, though let’s be clear, my Spanish & French are sadly rudimentary (see below).
Prior to working in television, I worked in digital (from 1996 in fact, very early days) at a senior management level and so am a digital native and/or can work out what the problem might be, so I am quite handy when it comes to social media, etc. Though by no means a 'content creator' in today's model, I can usually work out a CMS (Content Management System), or ask AI How To…
Generally , point me at any job and I'll muck in, tirelessly, positively and mindfully.
I am mature (57), energised by life, energetic, emotionally stable, articulate and supportive, a trained mediator (so peaceful, always striving for balance) with acute listening skills, and strive to bring balance and calm and warmth to all I do, as part of, I hope, a diverse and eclectic team.
I understand more Spanish & French than I speak and somehow manage to get the gist on most occasions, plus I don't mind making a fool of myself trying to make myself understood. Largely, I take life lightly, treat others with warm respect and careful consideration and am, I am told, good to have around.
Currently, I am in Costa Rica, just finishing up after a month working on an animal sanctuary with rescued creatures. Ten dogs, three cats, three goats, two cows, and nine pigs, with all the chaos and surprises this joyfully brings. I have loved it, and it requires excellent skills in animal care, especially in emergencies! Thankfully all resolved fruitfully, save for one animal we looked to save who was too far gone. Pragmatism required, which comes, not easily but objectively, I find.
I hope my blend of life skills, emotional security, openness, resilience, authenticity and integrity can be of a significant contribution to your project - and to find joy supporting your daily and overall vision. -

I learned some Spanish during COVID, but learning languages online is not the most brilliant method, for me - I need to be immersed. On a recent trip to Madagascar, my school French appeared out of nowhere and I realized I know more than I think but, again, I need to be pushed to practice and progress. I am not shy about trying to talk to people - a love of talking to strangers is one of the many joys in my rich life! -

Que habilidades tienes?
Mostly I am extraordinarily hard-working. My Ugandan family were amazed at my stamina in totally cleaning and reorganizing their clinic to avoid terrible road dust on my recent volunteering stint in Masaka. There, I learned basic nursing skills as the need was so great. I love looking after animals. I grew up with dogs and road horses, and, provided I am shown the roads, can muck-in to muck-out. I am a TV Producer by trade, and so very good at logistics and also technical: if you need your office spaces sorting and digital filing systems establishing, etc., I am beautifully fastidious when it comes to that. Extremely personable, friendly, optimistic and can-do, I am also calm in a crisis and eternally kind.

Algo más...
I love to paint and write. Music is a passion. I like to dance (in Argentina, where I worked for three months, I learned to Tango). I like to swim and love to hike. I love helping kids with school activities - and playing with or caring for animals. I like riding, though have forgotten some of the basics (I galloped on a beach just and had to hold on tight!)
