I am a seasoned solo traveler with experience with physical labor and in the kitchen. My main focus is to expand my knowledge of cooking as well as making new friendships. I specifically aim to travel in LATAM and have been studying Spanish for several years. I am a fanatical lover of all things related Latin culture especially with history as well as the history and culture of indigenous peoples.

I am a cook/pitmaster and have several years of construction experience, specifically with concrete, drywall, caulking and some painting as well as a trade school school certificate in carpentry. I have worked in different types of restaurants including catering, fine dining and BBQ. Having worked at a BBQ I am also a pitmaster with experience in smoking different types of meats like brisket, turkey, ribs etc.
