Hi, I'm Julianna, a 23-year-old Hungarian who loves travelling, going on adventures and meeting new people.

I've worked at two farms previously with Workaway, testing my personal limits along with learning much about that kind of lifestyle and enjoying my time. Last year I spent a month in Switzerland helping a young couple with household chores and their few months old baby, which was genuinely one of the best months of my life so far. All in all, workawaying has always been such a great experience for me that I would love to do something again.

I've always been interested in learning about other cultures, habits, and other people in general. Recently I've spent five months studying abroad where I could really focus on this interest of mine - I met dozens of new people, learned about several countries in the world, and just had a blast doing so. With my awesome aupair experience following that up, it became a happy and adventurous streak, one that I'm wishing to continue.

I love languages and learning them. I'm at a beginner level in Spanish (and German). I've always loved the English language, and I'd love to get as close to being fluent as I'm able to. I'm no language teacher and never tried teaching, but if anyone's interested in Hungarian, I'd be more than happy to help as much as I can! :)

Since I was a child, I've been helping my mom and my grandmothers with cooking, baking and other chores around the house (e.g. cleaning, laundry), in the meantime developing an interest in being in the kitchen. I also prefer staying in clean spaces, and I'm quite a perfectionist, so when I clean, I tend to be pretty thorough.

I have various (and very wide-ranging) interests and hobbies. I'm a huge fan of music, and I can play the piano and the ukulele (also just started trying to learn how to play the guitar), I love reading and do it quite a lot. I have a profound affection for Formula One which is current my main interest. I also love watching movies and am interested in movie making, along with theatre. My family is one that plays board games every time we get together, it's something we all enjoy and adore, along with going on hikes. I'm not the sportiest person ever, sometimes I can be quite lazy to go and do sports, but I wouldn't say no to a hike to a beautiful spot. Another one of my hobbies which I can't often do sadly because of financial reasons is travelling. One of my goals for this life is to see as much of the world as I can. :)
