Hello!

My name is Josephine.
I'm currently studying at the Danish School of Media and Journalism, and alongside my studies I work as an audiobook narrator for children’s books and as a communicator at a recycling center where I help spread knowledge about sustainability.

I would describe myself as outgoing, curious, open-minded, creative, reflective, caring and adventurous. I enjoy being around people and I love working together in a team, but I also appreciate calm moments in nature or creative projects.

I really enjoy singing, making music, painting, being in nature, playing chess, cooking, and sharing good conversations.

What I value most is the opportunity to share knowledge, learn new skills, and create meaningful experiences with others. I hope to find a place where I can contribute actively, work with other volunteers, and take part in everyday life.

I’m fairly fluent in English and would be able to teach or help with language exchange. Through my Communication studies I can also support with writing, storytelling, social media, and creative communication tasks.

I’m very creative and enjoy singing, performing, playing guitar, painting, sculpting and writing. I love working on artistic or cultural projects, and I enjoy bringing creativity into everyday life.

I also have practical hands-on experience. I’ve worked as a caretaker in a kindergarten (nursing, changing diapers, playing and teaching children aged 2–6), done cleaning in private homes, worked as a waitress in a sushi restaurant, and as a cashier and barista in a café. I have also restored furniture and I’m not afraid of physical tasks such as gardening, painting, or general maintenance.
I’m very interested in sustainability and eco-friendly alternatives, and I enjoy learning about new ways of living closer to nature. I love running, being outdoors, spending time with animals, and discovering new skills.

Most importantly, I’m open, adaptable, and a fast learner – I quickly pick up new tasks and enjoy helping wherever I’m needed.

I love people who are chill and grounded. Being secure and confident in who you are and not taking yourself too seriously is, in my opinion, the most admirable quality a person can acquire (other than being genuinely kind and attentive towards others)
