I enjoy the simple things in life. Being in the present moment with nature and good friends. I come from a busy city lifestyle, so I appreciate time without computers and technology to understand the real human spirit. I prefer to eat vegetarian diet with fish. I enjoy learning about different cultures (especially Japanese). I have traveled extensively and am an adventurous soul. I strive to live a life where my values are congruent with my interactions with others. Every day is my opportunity to treat humanity not as a means, but as an end itself. My aim is for the preservation and growth of consciousness, not only in myself, but in others.

I am a happy and active person who likes to offer help to others. I have many years experience working as a teacher at University level, where I teach Psychology, as well as elementary level and teaching English as a second language. I have traveled to Japan on three occasions to study the Japanese culture and make new friends. I enjoy cooking, gardening and cleaning.
