What a couple of years it has been! I decided it was time to have an adventure and experience a different side of the world, so in May 2019 I set off to explore South America.

Then the Covid-19 pandemic began and I was lucky to be staying with a very kind and welcoming family, on the outskirts of La Paz, Bolivia. It has been very difficult times for everyone. Yet the kindness, generosity, and support given to travellers that are unable to return to their countries is amazing.

I have 15+ years working in senior management for large tour operators. I work with community based tourism, travel agents, and not for profit organisations.

* Understand SEO and marketing so you can be easily found on the internet
* Work with online travel agents like Expedia and TripAdvisor
* Competitively price your tours and make a profit
* Write tour itineraries and choose the best images for marketing
* Develop sustainable tourism practices

Hospitality:
My experience is in training staff to work front of house in restaurants, cafes/bars. I can teach you how to:

* How to handle complaints
* Answer enquiries and confirm reservations

I may be older but I am still young at heart. You won't find me looking at my phone all day or taking selfies. I prefer connecting with people, enjoying and sharing moments together. I keep active by swimming, walking and dancing salsa.
