Hello,
we are Greta and Jessica, two best friends from Germany who are looking forward to an adventure in New Zealand.
This year we successfully graduated from school and would like to spend six months in New Zealand starting in October to explore the country and gain new and valuable experiences before we begin our professional careers.

A little bit about ourselves:
My name is Jessica, I am 18 years old, and I am a open-minded and outgoing person. I live with my mother and my younger sister in a small town in Germany. I enjoy cooking and spending time with my family and friends. For the past two years, I have been working in gastronomy alongside school, and I have been passionate about horse riding for eleven years. I have been taking care of a horse on a part-lease for seven years, which has given me extensive experience with animals and stable work. I was also always actively involved in our riding club. At home, I am very motivated, not afraid of household work, and I also enjoy looking after my little sister, which has given me experience with children as well.

And my name is Greta, I am 18 years old, and I live with my father in the same town as Jessica. Like her, I grew up around horses and have become very familiar with all the tasks involved in stable and farm work. For many years, I owned a horse myself and spent most of my time with him and with friends at the stable.
In my free time, I enjoy reading, and together with Jessica I was active in our riding club, where we organized and supervised various activities for children centered around horses. Over the years, my family has also taken care of many different animals, including cats, dogs, rabbits, ducks, and chickens. Because of this, I am very used to living and working with animals and I truly enjoy it.
As part of my one-year school internship, I worked in a kindergarten, where I discovered how much I enjoy both the teaching methods and working with children.

A little bit about us together:
We first met at the stable and have been like sisters ever since. Over the years, we have traveled together many times, and we both share a love for adventure. We are always eager to experience new things and to keep learning along the way.

We plan to arrive in New Zealand in mid-October and buy a car shortly after our arrival so that we can remain flexible and mobile. Starting from the end of October or the beginning of November, we would be happy to work with different people, gain valuable experiences, and learn many new things.
