Hi beautiful People
Me and our daughter River (6jr) are on a adventure.
We want to connect with nature, learn how to weave baskets, sleep in a hammock, bade in a river and look at the stars.

Our goal is to scout and see if there is a place where we and our family may life in the near future. We want to life off grid and selfsustainable. We are looking for a family, a community, eco village, who will share knowledge about building, creating, nature, food, animals, Forest-school, permacultuur, food Forest, off the grid and self-sustainable living and so much more.
Me, Jessica would love to learn cob building, Adobe, Roofing, making a clay oven. I love working in the permacultuur/market garden (syntropis or agroforestry systems) . I am a yoga teacher sinds 2009 and teach in Dutch and English.

For the last 2 years i did train and learn from with Jos Willemse. So i do know some about syntropic or agroforestry systems .

Also I did turn a city garden in to a beautiful , permacultuur, policulture garden. My knowledge goes from owning a restaurant, working in a diving school/shop, be with children, to a transition farmer , survival instructor, Yoga, SUPyoga teacher and most of all being a MOTHER🙏 💛
Cooking is one of my passions , I love being in the garden and, (food) forest and learn more about the old/new way of preserving food. What I did find out this last 7 months is that I do like working early in the morning when River is still asleep. For me it felt like meditation, alone with the plants in the greenhouse or garden close to our tent and River.
We did do so many thinks in the last months like; almost finished a outdoor kitchen, harvest a lot of beautifull clean veggies, work in a food forrest, be with childres and teach them about eatable nature, helpt a familie to make big staps to selfsestaineble living, planting treas and so much more.
We did live in the mountains in France where we stayed for more than 2 months. Me and (now my dear friend) the mom did live in harmoney with nature and the kids. I did found out that children equally need more than one mother and the mothers need more moms 😉 . Did you read the book 'Hunt, Gather,Parent' ?

River will be at my site (or maybe can hook up with other children and adults). I love to work and learn 4 to 5 hours a day for a save and fine place to stay, live, and sleep, we do need 3 meals a day 😉
NOTE ! For River, we did find out that for here it is the best when she can play with children who speak Dutch (or Englisch) like here. So please let us know if there are children around here age who speak Dutch (or Englisch)
After we did live with 4 family's (work away) we do know better wat we want and for sure what we don't want anymore. As all Host know, work-awayers should no supposed to work more then 4-5 hours for 5 days 😉(unless payed for)..... I did see this go wrong so please don't.
We need and want to stay in a loving, stable, CLEAN , respectful and healthy environment, where there is fun and a lot to learn. If you can not give us our own space where we can be alone and comfortable, please let us know. Don't let us stay with you if youre place is not healty for us to stay and if you are not in a peacefull relationship with the peopole and nature around you. We do need a joyfull and nice place to stay and we don't want any angry people aroud us. No more mouldy pillows or sleeping space, fleas, lise or bed bugs please.
So if you can NOT offer us a clean, nice, SAFE and friendly place, don't let us come over 🙏
A dry toilet, tent, caravan, is totally fine with us, we do love living in and with nature and we like to get muddy and dirty from playing and working. We are totaly fine with going back to nature and in nature. Both of us need to be happy and healthy in all ways.
So we will need te be in places where we both can grow, have a lot of fun, kids, nature, lovely people and animals. We do love to learn how to play music, make nature crafts maybe how to make cheese, milk a goat,, bake bread and So much more. River (and I) will learn the most from being free and see and learn from others, she is a light and happy soul with the most beautifull smile on here face.
We will bring some Free School (Rudolfsteiner/Waldorf homeschooling with us. But we as her parents know that running through the woods, mountains and swimming in the Sea, feeling the snow and listening to the sounds of nature is the best thing for every person, and so for River. If you can offer us a beautifull time and place to live and stay we would love to get in touch with you.

My English speaking is good, so does River speak a little English and she can even translate form English to Dutch some songs. My German is reasonably good with speaking but I do understand everything.
