I have been traveling around Romania for the past year, paying for the places I stay, and I think it will be nice for me to work my way on my ongoing travels instead of being only a guest. I met some nice volunteer workawayers when traveling, and it`s been inspiring for me. To me it seems like traveling will be more fullfilling this way.

I have worked in hospitality for many years, renting out my own apartments in Oslo. It gave me much joy to greet and interact with guests as well as preparing their stay. I did the cleaning and preparing, washed and changed the beds, as well as offered my company and advice when needed. I have done construction work on my own apartment, like taking down walls, setting up new ones, fixing door handles, laying new wooden parquette floors. I love gardening, and in the last apartment where I lived i did work cutting grass, selecting and planting new plants. I can take care of dogs and other animals, water plants, fixing bikes etc.

I would like to learn romanian while I am in Romania, and also practice my skills while I am here, so I can have conversationg when meeting romanians everywhere I go. I started learning spanish when traveling Central-America and South-America. I was taught german in high school and would also like to pick it back up again.
