Hello friends! There's nothing more exciting, rewarding and healing than getting to know new cultures, exchanging knowledge and sharing time, laughs and why not tears together. I love to travel solo to be able to choose my pace and find friends and interesting people on the way. I am a sun worshipper and I get emotional every time I have the possibility to see and be close to wildlife (only exception: snakes! :( ) , animals and colourful fish alike. I grew up as a planner and now I am challenging myself to live in the flow and open up to new experiences, new skills and explore new parts of me. Looking forward to meeting you!

I've been working in the arts sector in Italy and in the UK for over 20 years, I am a great planner and communicator. I've been a project manager and put together art exhibitions all around the world so I am good at understanding people's needs and assist in delivering projects. In my previous travels I have volunteered in different fields and projects, from looking after kids in a kindergarden school; help and support women empowerment; counselling and business plan support with a small Ugandan ONG; to help with farm animals, horses and dog/cat shelters. I enjoyed some permaculture experience helping with gardening, mulching, planting in Tunisia and South of Italy. Recently I also volunteered in hospitality on a small Cambodian island.
All experiences have been very rewarding and I loved them all!I am a dancer in my spare time and believe in the healing power of body movement, music and holistic practices.

I like playing cards and learn new board games. Chess intrigues me and would love to have sometime to learn how to play. I love to walk and hike in nature. Snorkelling and swimming in warm waters are some of the most relaxing activities I can imagine. I meditate and love to dance any dance with or without steps to learn. :)

Elena has been exceptional, calm who takes a time to do her things and each time she does it exceptionally.She came for two weeks but extended as she felt she wanted to help more. Her initiative to raise funds for our women sewing and women weaving projects will never be forgotten. Everyone here feels like we have to call her back
