Hi! I’m Deisy, a Colombian yoga teacher, sound healer, and creative spirit currently based in the U.S. I’m passionate about sharing meaningful experiences that combine yoga, mindfulness, creativity, and cultural exchange. My journey took me to India for several months of training, where I deepened my understanding of Kundalini and Hatha Yoga, sound healing, and the spiritual essence of community.

What I Offer

I love to bring balance, inspiration, and creativity wherever I go. I can offer:
🧘‍♀️ Yoga & Meditation Classes – Kundalini, Hatha, and gentle flow practices for groups or individuals.
📸 Photography & Visual Storytelling – Portraits, lifestyle, or creative photography projects.
💬 Spanish Language Exchange – Fun, easy conversations and lessons for beginners or travelers.
🎶 Sound Healing Experiences – Using my voice and instruments to create calm and connection.

What I’m Looking For

I’m looking to connect with hosts and communities in Hawaii to immerse myself in the local culture, nature, and way of life — learning traditional practices, community living, and sustainable lifestyles. Later, I plan to travel to Alaska for one or two months to explore its beauty and quiet rhythm.

I value meaningful human connection, creativity, and spaces where heart and nature meet. I’m adaptable, positive, and always open to learning new skills while helping in return.

My Goal

To share yoga, creativity, and joy through cultural exchange while growing spiritually and connecting with people who live close to nature.
