Hi, I'm Daniel Brieg Jones, 26, from Wales, UK. I love literature, music, food, culture, wine, and stories of all kinds. Nature makes me happy, animals are great bringers of joy, both pets and wild, they make me smile. The most challenging thing I have ever done is currently underway, I'm writing my first novel. Last year I hiked the length of Britain (1200+ miles), carrying all my equipment on my back, sleeping in a tent for four months, it was the best experience in my life so far. I'd be grateful to stay in a place with kind people, doing fair work, and witnessing what the world has to offer.

Four Years Working in Hospitality: Assistant Chef, Front of House, Kitchen Porter.
My mother was a chef for many years, as is my brother now, I've a fair bit of experience and interest in culinary affairs.

One month working for my uncle who is a builder in the south of France, grouting, tile cutting and laying tiles, constructing a stone fireplace, and painting.

Two months of face to face fundraising for the Royal National Lifeguarding Institute.

I have a diverse array of experience and would like to gain even more. If I do not know how to do something then I will learn to do it.
