Hi, my name is Celina. I'm 33 years old and I live in Germany.

I have a few weeks off between two jobs. During this time I want to travel, meet new people, experience new cultures, make wonderful memories and improve my English.

Last month I went to France. It was my first time travelling alone, my first time flying and my first time surfing. It was wonderful and exciting. My next destination: Scandinavia. It would be my first work away.

As you can see, I am doing a lot of things for the first time and I love it. I think being a workawayer is the perfect way to meet new people and have a wonderful time in another country.

I'm a curious and cheerful person, I like doing handicrafts, fixing and building things, gardening, looking after and playing with children, I love pets, I'm an absolute nature lover and I'm always ready to learn and try new things.

Que habilidades tienes?

First things first: I love to learn and try new things. So I think any kind of work is welcome.

I studied journalism and public relations and have been working in this field for a water management company for a few years now. In my free time I like to write, take photos and share my impressions with my friends on social media.

Camera vs. hammer: I love creative work as well as handicrafts. Things around the house like connecting lamps, building shelves or cupboards, painting walls, etc. I do it myself – always with some good music in the background.

I love nature any work you can do in it: gardening, farming, working on the land, making firewood, cleaning the land, taking care of pets, etc. Even as a child I helped out on the farm, looking after the animals and helping with the harvest.

During my studies I started to work with an organisation for homeless people. This work has given me so much (it was my balance to study) that I am still a member of the organisation after my graduation. Social work has always been a big part of my life. When I was at school, I was a babysitter and in my university years I taught people.

In short, I am motivated to lend a hand, whether in the house, on a farm or in the garden, and I am a very social, child and animal loving person.
