Hey everyone, my name is Phili and I‘m here to gain and share experience and inspiration for a mindful lifestyle.

As I grew up living in the countryside together with dogs cats and horses and spending my free time at the stable, I'm used to caring for/cleaning/ feeding animals , cleaning stables, in general helping around the farm.

As I already travelled quite a bit and learned spanish and french that way, I'm used to adapting quickly to new enviromment and I'm flexible and easy going speaking of accomodation or work conditions.

By now I would like to learn more about self sufficient living and I really enjoy gardening and in general physical work outside.
I also love cooking, sharing meals and using fresh and nutricious product. I follow a vegetarian / if possible vegan diet since a few years. All in all I enjoy a healthy lifestyle in peace with mind and body so I think nature is a good way to go!

Also practice a lot of yoga and pilates as I‘m very interested in the topic of concious living and trying to make a little difference to the world by being respectful and mindful with the enviroment.

I like sharing home, time, thoughts and food with others but at the same time I enjoy spending time on myself, reading, painting, doing music (play some guitar and ukulele), especially together with people.
