To explore new things inside me and in my surroundings is one of the most beautiful things in life. So travelling and socialising around the world is a driving force for me. There is always something new to discover and to learn. We are all here together that we can share what we have and what we learned to create something bigger.

I love to be outside in nature, being active or just existing and enjoying the small and big things around. I love hiking, climbing, cycling, reading, diving, dancing und music.
Yoga is a big part of my life and is with me since 12Years. It is so much more than what happens on the mat.
I am joyful, always trying to keep the inner child alive, and walking in gratitude and deep trust through the world sharing whatever is needed.
