Namaste everyone,
I am Ana, portuguese.
I have lived in the UK 7 years working as a nurse.
In 2020 i was taking one year off, I was in Sri Lanka doing workway as a Yoga Teacher when covid came and I went back to Portugal.

Theree years later, 2023 came again the time to start travelling! I am looking for workways where i can do what I love the most: sharing my knowedge about Yoga & Meditation.

I am HAPPY, dedicated, responsabilidade and very caring for others and nature.
I love to meet new people, make new connections and learn new things.
I have a good sense of humor.

I also have a thai massage course and my plan is in 2024 go to Thailand to do another course and get better at massage therapy.

I have been a nurse for 7 years.
I adapt very quick to new environments.
I have 500hours yoga teacher trainning done in India in 2020 & 50 hours Aerial Yoga.

I love cooking vegetarian and healthy meals.
I like gardening and I can easily get on with domestic task.
