  We are a couple who moved from Germany to Croatia two years ago. We bought some land and have some projects around our old house while living a slow, peaceful life with our three and a half horses, two dogs, cats, and chickens

  You can experience a mix of German and Croatian traditions, from food and language to different approaches to daily routines and communication.
  We enjoy sharing meals together, exchanging recipes, and talking about our backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. Life here is simple and close to nature, which creates space for meaningful conversations and learning from each other.
  You will also get an insight into rural life in Croatia, including working with animals, living more sustainably, and being part of a slower rhythm of life. At the same time, we are curious about your culture, your ideas, and your way of seeing the world. We believe that this mutual exchange is what makes the experience special for everyone involved.

  Ayuda

  You can help us with the horses: training them, brush them, riding in the fields, and cleaning the paddock. Our horses live in a natural paddock trail system, so we need to check the fences regularly. You can also help us with projects around the home or other hands-on projects if you're interested.
  If you are open minded, an animal- and naturelover, you should be right here.

  Alojamiento

  We offer simple, cozy accommodation in our old house, which we are currently renovating. Depending on availability, you will have your own private room.
  The house is located on our land, surrounded by nature, so it is a quiet and peaceful place. Please note that, as we are still renovating, not everything is perfect ye, some areas may be a bit rustic or unfinished. However, we make sure that your space is clean, comfortable, and welcoming.
  You will have access to basic facilities such as a bathroom, kitchen, and common living areas. We share meals and daily life together, creating a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
  
  Daniel loves cooking, so there is always delicious food. We have our own vegetable garden and I live vegetarian.

  We live a quiet, nature-oriented lifestyle, so this place is best suited for people who enjoy being outdoors, working with animals, and appreciating a slower pace of life. Experience with horses is very welcome, but not required, we are happy to share our knowledge.
  Please note that daily life here can be physically active, and the work sometimes involves outdoor tasks in different weather conditions. A certain level of independence and willingness to take initiative is helpful.
  We value open communication, respect, and a positive attitude. We also share responsibilities and enjoy spending time together, but there is always space for yourself as well.
  The internet connection is quite good, so it is suitable if you need to work online.
