Game for Mallorcan remote countryside from October to mid-December?

Hi everyone! This is Tobi and Maria and we live in the Mallorcan countryside. We would need both help around the house ( cleaning, cooking, gardening and taking kids to after-school activities) and being active with our two boys.
Children are aged 13 and 10. They are very independent, they nearly don't need anyone to look after them but your job will mostly be to engage them to improve their language and speaking skills and of course playing with them. Kids love sports and music, so we would really like it if you are able to play some sports (basketball, tennis...) and maybe also some instruments (guitar, piano, drums...).
We would therefore prefer hosting a native German speaker who can on top of all the above, bring good vibes and new knowledge into our home. We like to spend time with you and take you with us everywhere we go or to do whatever is on the plan, so that you are part of the family. Having someone in the room connected to the internet all day is not a cool exchange for us. Nor if the workawayer takes "workaway" as a job and only works the requested hours and doesn't care about the rest.
You will have no fix schedule, as everyday of the week is different...
Help won't be longer than 5 hours a day, athough I have to mention that a good work and integration mindset is really appreciated! -

Mallorcan woman married to a German. Our traditions and ways of doing things are pretty much Mallorcan, although if a traditional person comes he/she may say the opposite.
Our home is ideal for learning about/from nature. It's located near a little village and it has wonderful surroundings. It's just a 15 minutes drive to the sea. Town with all you may need is also nearby. -

We are looking forward to having someone who is energetic, sporty, active, agile, open-minded, not hooked on the phone and willing to spend time with the boys while making them practice English or German. This is the most important thing for us right now. So our workawayer needs to speak either English or German fluently as a native speaker. Kids are being raised with 4 languages and their level is already quite advanced. Driving license is also requested, it's possible that some days the boys need to be brought to the extra scholar activities!

It is a countryside house, surrounded by small plots (Mallorca's countryside). It is a rustic style house. You will get your own bedroom and probably bathroom, too! If you like music, our home is a great place to be as we have a piano, a drum set, guitars and an electric bass.
Mallorca is mostly known for its night clubs and parties near the capital, but it's actually a lot more than that. It has an amazing coast all around and an extremly tradicional unspoilt inland landscape... Being with locals is by far the best way to get to know this magical island. -

There are a lot of options to do when off, e.g. coast line visit, countryside walk/bike, mountain range (Serra de Tramuntana) visit, city sightseeing...
We have a bicycle that can be borrowed. Transport is a bit of a problem as connections and timetables are pretty bad. The best thing would be to have a scooter or even a car to move around. . . we would have to talk about it...
If you enjoy nature and peace, this is the right place to be;) -
