  We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Workawayers to join our team for the summer season in Bale, Istria, Croatia! If you want to gain hands-on experience in hospitality while enjoying the beautiful Adriatic coast, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
  
  Who are we?
  We are a family-run company with over 6 years of experience in hospitality, event planning, catering, horticulture, and design. We operate several hospitality venues in Bale, Istria, as well as a restaurant and a parking garage in Pula.

  Upon arrival at the camp, where you would be accommodated, the following awaits you:

  Mon Perin, a Mediterranean paradise, provides peace and relaxation throughout the year. Panoramic trails, crystal-clear sea, and pristine beaches create an ideal retreat. A unique place for those seeking authenticity and a connection with nature.
  
  Explore unforgettable flavors here. From beach bars offering cocktails and snacks to sea-view restaurants serving Istrian and Mediterranean cuisine. A unique gastronomic experience in the heart of the Adriatic beauty.
  
  Music, plays and events will make your stay in Bale memorable.
  
  Diving school
  Plunge into a world populated by underwater wonders. Together with our qualified instructors, discover the underwater beauties of the Brijuni National Park, the Rovinj Islands seabed, the Bay Grottos light effects, and the treasures of the Austrian Baron Gautsch shipwreck. In peak season, the Staff will also rent out some handy rafts.
  
  Marko Srečec is a scuba diver (sub SSI instructor) and skipper who has devoted his life to the sea. He also organizes two-hour boat trips to see the most intelligent cetaceans – dolphins – close by. He will guide you on this amazing experience at the arranged time.
  
  Fort Forno
  One of the most important links in the chain of fortifications in the Pola area. It was built in 1903, and, between 1945 and 1991, it held ammunitions, explosives and underwater mines. Explore the other Fortresses in the Countryside: Paravia Est-West, Paravia Untertritt and Battery Caluzzi
  On the Coast, you can visit Fort Forno.
  
  Bird watching
  The Palud bay is five km North-West from Mon Perin Camping, and is the only bird sanctuary in Istria. Ornithologists identified over 200 species, a number that grows during seasonal migrations. Don’t miss the chance to enjoy a unique show. To know more about their origins, take a trip to the Mon Grego hill.
  
  You can explore the surrounding towns and their culture, history and coastal beauty, such as Pula, Rovinj, Poreč, Fažana, National Park Brijuni.. and much more.

  Ayuda

  Available Positions:
  - Kitchen Assistant – Help with food preparation, salads, desserts & learn kitchen skills.
  - Bar Assistant – Help with dishwashing, making cocktails, and preparing drinks.
  - Waiter/Waitress – Serve food & drinks, set up and clear tables, learn about wines & fish filleting.
  - Host/Hostess – Greet guests, take reservations, explain menus & daily specials.
  - Ice Cream Sales – Sell scooped ice cream & slushies.
  
  What We Offer:
  - Accommodation in mobile homes (max 4 people per home) inside a seaside camp
  - Salary: €1,000 - €1,200 per month
  - 1 meal per shift
  - 8 hour shifts, 1 day off per week
  - Work uniform provided
  - A fun, young, and dynamic environment

  We are interested in engaging in a language exchange during your stay with us. We can assist you in practicing Croatian and would appreciate learning more English (or any other language you speak).

  Alojamiento

  Accommodation is located within the camp in mobile homes. The mobile homes consist of two bedrooms (1 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds), a kitchen with a dining room, a toilet and a bathroom. All units are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, microwave, equipped kitchen and furniture. The maximum capacity of the house is 4 people. In the houses, especially girls are accommodated, especially boys. The mobile homes are 7 minutes' walk from the restaurant.

  During your free time, you can explore the charming town of Bale, known for its picturesque stone streets and historic architecture. Nearby, the coastal city of Rovinj offers beautiful beaches and vibrant cultural experiences. For transportation, public buses connect Bale with surrounding areas, and renting a bicycle is a popular way to explore the scenic landscapes of Istria.
