Hi everyone,
I am Marianne a 47 year old woman from Holland/The Netherlands. I am living together with my dog and 2 cats. At the moment I am not sure until when I live in my home in Berkhout so I am not actively looking for workawayers. If I know more about when I move and to which location I will update my profile.
My english and dutch are very good, I learnt some french and german a long time ago and I speak a little Spanish through learning on duolingo.

I can help you with your english when that is not your native language, we can talk about our travels, if you like and I can cook dutch meals for you (or other of course). If you like to do things together I will have the time to go with you and show you around or discover new places together.

Most tasks are just simple so you do not need a lot of skills. It is important however that you close each door behind you so the dog and the cat are where I want them to be. Examples of tasks to be done: weeding, weeping the floors (not often) cleaning the windows one time and maybe preparing the move.

The wooden house you will stay in has one double bed in it and a gas stove. There is cold water but showering is possible in my fathers house a few times a week.

I need only 5 hours help per day in cleaning and the garden and if you like in cooking so you will have plenty of time to go to nice places for example Hoorn, Purmerend, Zaandam, Alkmaar, Amsterdam. The garden house is in walking distance of a train station Purmerend Overwhere.
