Descripción
I Jerome, from Alsace , France. Tatiana, greek from Athens. We moved to Greece end 2012 to grow olive trees and make our olive oil and sell it in Europe. Also diversification since 2017 with aromatic herbs. And in 2022 with small honey - production. Also we have a small garden with vegetables and fruits. We want also to build a wood oven for cooking pizzas or tartes flambees or breaf. Also in project a vineyard for self producing wine..Our project in the future and daily is to live in serenity and in harmony with nature and people around here. and to live from our production and own work. We have many projects we d like to discuss and to create with everyone interested in. We have a dog and a lovely cat. We have 2 children 13 and 15 years old.

time-off, you can visit Kardamyli or Stoupa. And also Kastania. Those are nice villages near saidona. Also amazing beaches and taverns. The Viros gorge and Noupadi gorge are worth to walk. Vassiliki's forest in Taygetus mountains is wonderful and 2 ancient monasteries and a fortress tower are nice sight views here in Saidona.

I had a wonderful week helping with the olive harvest in Saidona. I felt part of the family and was thoroughly looked after, from the nice private studio apartment to delicious meals! I had a great experience here. Tatiana cooked amazing meals and it was nice to harvest the olives. For 5 days we harvested the olives and 2 days helped with the herbs. The family has a nice sense of humour and we had lots of laughs! The area is very peaceful.

We spent a beautiful two weeks with Jerome, Tatiana, Nephelie, Michel and Malo in picturesque Saidona. Our days consisted of helping with Jerome and Tatiana's agricultural endeavours.
