Descripción
We are looking for a houssitter/housesitters for a period of 3 or 4 weeks starting the 9th of september.
The house is light and tasteful and sits on 3.7HA of land near Tortosa in Spain. Wifi works very well and allows for online work. We have our own drinking water which tastes great. The finca is at the end of a dead-end street and there is no trafic noise but still perfectly accessible by car or campervan.
There is a lot of nature around you. Perfect to get away from it all. Neighbors are 100+ meters away and only one is in sight, the others are hidden behind a hill. There is a small irrigation pool with natural water. If you are brave then you can enjoy the cold water in winter time. You can go to town on a bicycle via a bicycle-only path. Tortosa has a train and busstation with excellent connections to Barcelona.

If you want to experience living in a rural area without being too far from everything, you work online and love nature and a quiet place to live then this is defenitly for you. A car makes it easier but we have a bicycle that can be used.

We can discuss any things you would like to do on the finca but we really need someone to ensure the irrigation (summer). Currently this still requires manual work. In winter we need help in collecting and chopping wood for the woodburner

The house is very tasteful, light and great for people who love simplicity and space in a rural environment. All basic facilities work, the house is definitely not for people who like a "luxery villa with aircondition and a big television". There is a living room of 40m2, two bathrooms, and two bedrooms each with a double bed.

The area offers beautifull spots, google on: Fontcalda, Toll blau, Beceite, kayak on the Ebro, cova del Llop Mari, instagram perfect beaches, ride bicycle on the via verde from Horta San Joan to Benifallet, Miravet, Cardo monestry or Tortosa

Wifi works very well, it has 50 Mbps. Regular cell phone calls work decently but outside better than inside because of the 50+ centimeter thick walls
