  We are located in Bone, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Bone is a friendly and peaceful area where visitors can experience everyday Indonesian life and local culture.
  
  What we love about Bone is its warm and welcoming community, local food, traditional culture, and relaxed atmosphere. It is a great place for someone who wants to experience Indonesia beyond the usual tourist destinations.
  
  Volunteers will have the opportunity to meet local students, interact with our teachers, and experience a friendly learning environment.
  
  The volunteer will mainly spend time with our students through English conversation, games, and cultural exchange activities. Our students are curious and excited to meet people from different countries, so we hope volunteers will enjoy getting to know them as much as the students enjoy getting to know the volunteers.
  
  The course is managed by a local team, and our teachers will be present during the activities. Volunteers will not be expected to manage classes independently. Their main role is to interact with students and give them opportunities to practice speaking English in a natural and relaxed way.
  
  During their free time, volunteers can explore Bone, try local food, meet local people, and experience everyday life in South Sulawesi.

  You can spend time with our students, local teachers, and team through English conversation activities, games, and informal cultural exchange.
  
  We can share Indonesian culture, local traditions, food, daily life, and our experience working with children and young learners. You will also have opportunities to explore Bone and experience local life outside the classroom.
  
  We hope to learn about your country, culture, language, traditions, and way of life. We believe cultural exchange is a two-way experience where everyone can learn from each other, make new friends, and share meaningful experiences.

  Ayuda

  The main activity for our volunteers is to spend time with our students and help them practice speaking English in a relaxed and enjoyable way.
  
  Volunteers will mainly:
  
  - Have simple English conversations with students.
  - Ask and answer questions about everyday topics such as hobbies, school, family, food, travel, and daily life.
  - Play English games and participate in fun speaking activities.
  - Encourage students to speak English confidently and naturally.
  - Share stories, experiences, and interesting things about their country and culture.
  - Take part in cultural exchange activities with our students and local team.
  
  Our local teachers will organize and supervise the learning activities. Volunteers will not be expected to teach formal lessons or prepare a curriculum.
  
  The focus is on conversation and interaction. We want our students to have the opportunity to use English with someone from another country in a natural situation.
  
  Volunteer can also share their own skills, interests, hobbies, language, and culture with the students. In return, Volunteer can learn about Indonesian language, food, traditions, and everyday life in Bone.
  
  We hope this will be a friendly two-way cultural exchange where both students and volunteers can learn from each other.

  We are happy to exchange languages with our volunteers. You can practice Indonesian through everyday conversations while helping our students practice English in a fun and relaxed way. We can also share simple local expressions and everyday Indonesian phrases, and we would love to learn some words and expressions from your language and culture. We believe language exchange is a fun way to connect, learn from each other, and make new friends.

  Alojamiento

  You will stay in a clean, safe, and comfortable place with basic sleeping facilities. We will make sure you have a secure and welcoming place to rest after your activities. For meals, we can provide simple home-cooked Indonesian food when possible. You are also welcome to experience local food and explore different places to eat in Bone. And The Workawayers will be staying at the same location where our course activities take place.

  During your free time, you can explore Bone and the surrounding areas, try local Indonesian food, visit local places, meet people in the community, or simply enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of Bone. Getting around the area is possible by local transportation, motorcycle taxis, or ride-hailing services. Our local team can also give you suggestions about places to visit and things to do during your free time. We live a simple and friendly lifestyle. We value cleanliness, respect, and communication. We hope you will feel comfortable, be respectful of local customs, and enjoy experiencing everyday life in Bone with us. Most importantly, we hope you come with an open mind and a willingness to connect, learn, share, and make new friends.
