Help with my son and language exchange in Florence, Italy

  Hi,
  we are Alessandra (Ale for everybody), Maurizio (Mau) and 2-year-old Francesco (baby Frank)
  
  Ale is 39. She works as a teacher near Florence. She’s into languages and literature, she likes travelling, penpalling, reading, walking in the countryside, winter and tea.
  
  Mau is an employee and works near Siena. He loves movies, travelling, videogames, and good food.
  
  Francesco was born in December 2017, he likes animals, fairy tales, running and fruit.
  
  We have 1 canary called Athos
  
  Our home is in the suburbs of Florence, in an area which was a village in the past and has maintained its old features – terraced houses with little gardens and quiet streets.

  We are very easy-going people, we love to learn from other cultures. We’d be glad to help you during your stay in Italy and with your Italian.
  
  Florence is Florence – doesn’t need any comment about what it can offer: history, arts, good food, nature. And nearby there are Siena, Pisa, Cinque Terre, Chianti

  - We’re looking for a non smoker, clean, tidy, friendly, open-minded, talkative person who can speak a little of Italian or is studying it. We can help you with Italian and I'd like you to speak your native language with my son
  - We need someone who has experience with and love children as he/she can be required to stay with Francesco and play with me in a creative way
  - If you are able to help in the house (e.g. do the shopping, run the dishwasher, clean the floors, do the cooking) or in the garden you'll be more than welcome.

  We can offer you a private bedroom overlooking the garden on the first floor.
  
  Our home consists in:
  Ground floor - living room, bathroom, store-room, kitchen and garden
  First floor - family’s bedroom, bathroom, the traveller’s bedroom
  
  The house was fully renovated in 2012. There are the dishwasher, central heating and fireplace, washing-machine, microwave oven, free parking, free Wi-Fi. There’s a bus stop 5’ walk from the house to go to the city centre.
  
  As for food, we can have lunch and dinner together and I can cook also for you. But if you have a special diet or have different eating habits you're welcome to cook by yourself.

  It’s our first experience with workaway and we definitely want to avoid uncomfortable situations both for us and for the traveller. So we’d like to have to possibility to chat with you in advance, so as to get to know each other and try to understand what our needs are.
