I am not looking for anyone at the moment.

I have a friendly female housemate still occupying the house with the potential sitter, please be aware of that.
Her boyfriend does visit as well.
Can be slightly flexible with dates (earlier finish) as my housemate is still helping looking after Zara, but I want her to get maximum love and attention while I am away :)
My housemate is an international student so used sharing with people, and it will definitely not feel like intruding, and you can feel completely at home.
I'm not asking for a lot, you would generally only be responsible of walking and feeding my dog every morning an evening, give her some company, and some easy gardening tasks like clearing the lawn, mowing, and weeding if you like. Easy Job! My housemate also helps.
To clean up after yourself, contributing to keeping the house clean and leave the place as you found it shouldn't have to be mentioned.
It's a 3-bedroom house with 2 bathrooms, a beautiful deck with sea views and fruit trees in the garden. The grapefruit are apparently really good!
Ideal for travellers wanting a bit of a rest.
Walking trails and mtb trails start at the end of the street. The beach is a 6min drive away, shopping centre 4mins drive down the hill.
Zara is a bit shy at first (especially with men), but loves cuddles and walks of course. She's generally an easygoing dog, just not too fond of loud noises (but is turning deaf as well). She is a fit almost 15 year old!
She has the run of the house, and will sleep in your room/bed if you let her. She doesn't like being locked out, so you have to be happy to have her near you, meaning the door should be open for her :)
She is not used to kids, and due to her shy personality this is not suited for anyone with children to stay I am afraid.
2 years ago I had a couple staying with me, and they ended up staying for almost 3 months.
My most recent worker stayed for a couple of months also.
So a longer stay 'may' be possible if it's a good fit with my housemate and I (when I'm back). An earlier start could potentially be OK as well. Especially after, as I may be away again for a week towards the end of August.

I'm originally from Germany, have been a host on other sites for many years. I can give many tips for travel around South Australia, help with planning and so on.
If you like cycling or trail running, I could show you the trails and backcountry roads around here.

As it's not much to do (probably won't add up to more than 1-2 hours a day), I will only provide some essenials in the pantry. Of course I will cover anything that needs to be purchased for Zara!

Alojamiento
Own bedroom with a double bed and built in wardrobe . The house is on top of a hill with a great deck with sea views. The trails are just out the back. There's a bus stop a 5min walk away that takes you directly to a big shopping centre and interchange. But it's certainly easier if you have a vehicle. You would only be sharing the bathroom with my housemate or use my small ensuite.
For dogsitting while I am away, you get to use my bedroom with said ensuite bathroom.

She was very reliable, showed initiative and found things that needed doing herself. My dog Zara liked her as well which is always a bonus! I would definitely have her back any time!
