  We are a vegan family with 2 kids (14+15y), a lovely dogs and some rabbits hopping around.
  
  We own a 200-year-old homestead in a hugh garden that frequently needs to be repaired, painted, etc.
  
  So welcome to our sanctuary where tradition meets modern living. With a sprawling garden begging for attention, a rustic house in need of TLC, and a vegetable patch to be kept, there's never a dull moment here. And that's just the beginning.
  
  Join us as we nurture a young forest, tend to crackling fires, and embark on a journey of sustainability and growth. If you're ready for an authentic experience that blends old-world charm with new-age values, dive into our world – where every task is a chance to connect, learn, and grow.
  
  So if we wanted to travel we would need you to keep the wheel spinning.

  THE TASKS
  Mostly Keep the garden clean from weeds and mowing the loan of about 3000qm.
  Maybe Harvesting. Conservation for fun.
  Trimming hedges to stay occupied.
  Painting for variation.
  Organizing.
  You name it!
  
  Possibly house and petsitting, if we travel. This means dog walking twice a day. The geese and rabbits need food and water and be locked in and out of their stables.
  
  We expect to get a helping hand in the kitchen with meals and dishes besides working hours.

  THE ACCOMMODATION
  In the garden is a little cottage in which you would stay. It is a simpel accomodation :
  No water, no internet and no insulation. Great view though and privacy. If you love birds, you will love this spot!
  We share the facilities in the house.
  We will prepare meals, eat together and do the housekeeping at least twice a day every day. Together and besides the working hours.

  PROS AND CONS OF THE HOUSE
  It is easy to get everywhere. Ourselves we go everywhere by bike. No car and therefore a tiny parking lot only for confident and experienced drivers considering the driveway.
  
  We have both wood, a lake and a shop in walking distance, beaches, hills, coast, towns for shopping, great rural areas with magnificent view within cycling distance.
  
  Its just 7 km to the sea, 12-15 km to the next bigger towns and ferry harbours. Busses near home go twice an hour all day, all week also to the train nearby and guarantees independent travelling in the countryside.
  Taking bicycles in the bussen is often possible and for free.
  
  We live right by a country road. The dogs must be on the leash at all times. The fox is a regular visiter.
  
  We eat plantbased only and we like our kitchen to stay that way.
  
  No alkohol, no drugs. We love to work low tech.
