Descripción
Hi! We are Julia and Stefan. We traveled the world for 7 years until we found this charming old villa overlooking the sea in Argeles-Sur-Mer and started a family. Baby Alicia was born in July 2024. It is very quiet here. We are surrounded by several hectars of forest and have only few neighbours. Nonetheless, it's only 10 minutes (by car) to the next town and the beach.
We lead a very peaceful life, enjoy nature, do yoga, go swimming and do all sorts of water sports. Julia likes pottery and board games, Stefan music and dance. We enjoy organic quality food. We eat mostly vegetarian.
We are looking for someone to join our family for 2 months or longer starting September. Your tasks would be playing with Alicia, watering the plants, folding laundry and helping with the preparation of family meals.
We are looking for someone who is a natural talent with children and either musical or artistic in some other way.
We are not media-friendly. We want no phones around Alicia (except occasionally for taking pictures).
Other than that, we’re easy-going and very flexible. -

We are very interested in improving our French. -
Alojamiento
We have 3 main bedrooms inside the house plus one room with a sofa-bed. We provide enough food. We eat mostly vegetarian, but also like fish. We usually share at least one meal together per day and take turns when it comes to cooking.
The town is 10 min away from our house but we have bought a scooter (125cc) which everyone can use who knows how to drive it and has the necessary driving license. -

For your time off, you have plenty of options. You can decide to stay home, relax at the pool, enjoy the view, listen to the birds, read a book .... or you can go down into the town mingle with the locals, lay at one of the several beaches, do watersports, go cycling, horseriding or do some sightseeing in and around Perpignan.
Currently, there is no public transport from the house to the town yet and it is a 30 minutes walk. We can take you sometimes.

Zach and Sarah are amazing. They are full of energy and empathy. Both helped day in and out wherever possible. At work they are precise, fast and persistent while always in a good mood. They are brilliant cooks. Much better than you would expect for their age ;-)
