  I am a bright spirited sensitive vegetarian poet/children's book author into natural health and organic living.
  
  I live a simple meditative life in the beautiful and peaceful mountains of Frigiliana, Andalusia, Spain.
  
  I am healing my body right now and have some limitations/disabilities and I am also in the process of launching a big project that helps kids well being through natured connected poetry books and affirmations. . It is taking a lot of energy which is pretty exhausting but I am a very determined soul!
  
  This is why I need your assistance to make this a far more easier ride!.
  
  Ideally you would be caring, sensitive, good at general household tasks with project management and social media skills!
  
  You could be a mother seeking to get involved in something positive and at the same time needing some time out!
  
  My house is built on the side of a mountain with a salt pool, lots of steps and pine trees all around. It looks a bit like a castle. I have an open plan living/sleeping space and a DIY infrared sauna. As my bedroom is part of the kitchen we would need to work out a routine that suits us both as I also need to rest the body when necessary.
  
  I tend to rise with the sun and go to bed as it sets so it would be good if you enjoy this natural rhythm too.
  
  The spare room that you will be staying in is downstairs tucked away leading down to the front door.
  
  Most of my food is delivered but I may need you to pop out and pick up the odd thing from Nerja the local sea side town.
  
  Day to day your tasks will be:
  
  Working on my project with me - Instagram, reach outs, organising etc
  Kitchen tasks - food preparation, washing up, keeping it clean and tidy.
  Cleaning - sweeping the small terrace once a day, cleaning the house once a week. Laundry once a week.
  Organising -assisting me with storing organic food delivery (once a week), unpacking and putting away any other deliveries. Anything else that I find difficult like putting up curtains, organising clothes, moving bits around etc.
  Gardening - sometimes re potting or a little weeding.
  Driving - To collect more organic veggies from Maro which is a town next to Nerja.
  
  It is important that you DO NOT drink, smoke or use pharmaceuticals. I have allergies so it is important that you only use organic and natural personal care products.
  
  I can guide you if you want to learn what organic products are the best - I know this is unusual but I want you to be clear:)

  I can offer someone the opportunity to retreat from the world and learn about natural health/healing in a meditative environment. I have a beautiful salt pool on my terrace so you can gently bathe whilst looking at the distant sea views. You can learn about living consciously, meditation and I also have many books to share with you on subject such as Ayurveda, Natural health, Herbs, Healing and spirituality.
  
  You will also learn about natural living to the deepest level!

  You will be staying in an unusual boat shaped single room which is an ideal place to meditate, rest or read. The window overlooks a big pine tree and the birds are always singing!

  THIS IS QUITE A REMOTE LOCATION SO THIS WOULD BEST SUIT SOMEONE THAT IS HAPPY TO BE ALONE, BE QUIET WHILST EMERSING THEMSELVES IN THE STILLNESS OF MOUNTAIN LIFE... BEAUTIFUL WALKS, MOUNTAINS, PINE FORESTS THAT CAPTIVE THE SOUL AND ALLOW THE HEART TO REST....LOVELY..:)
  
  THERE IS PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO NERJA FROM FRIGILIANA BUT YOU CAN ONLY GET THERE BY TAXI (AROUND 12 EUROS).
