  Hello and welcome!
  
  My name is Brice, and I live in a beautiful traditional French country house that I completely renovated two years ago, in a peaceful and green setting just one hour from Paris.
  
  I enjoy taking care of my home, improving the property, welcoming people from different backgrounds and sharing good moments together.
  
  I'm looking for a friendly, independent and enthusiastic person who would like to experience authentic French countryside life while helping me with everyday activities around the house.
  
  ## How can you help?
  
  There are always different things to do, and activities can be adapted to your skills and interests:
  
  - Gardening, mowing the lawn, watering plants and maintaining the outdoor areas.
  - General household cleaning, tidying and organizing personal living spaces.
  - Laundry, folding clothes, ironing and keeping things organized.
  - Small painting, decorating and home improvement projects.
  - Occasional help with shopping, cooking and everyday household activities.
  
  I also welcome guests at the property through my accommodation business. Any commercial tasks, such as preparing guest accommodation or welcoming paying guests, are separate from the Workaway exchange and would require an appropriate paid arrangement.
  
  ## What do I offer?
  
  I provide **free accommodation and meals** during your stay.
  
  You'll enjoy a spacious renovated French country house with a large garden, an outdoor swimming pool during summer and a jacuzzi.
  
  The atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and respectful. I'm mainly looking for someone trustworthy, easygoing and happy to share a positive experience.
  
  I'm often away during the day, so being independent and responsible is definitely appreciated!
  
  ## Accommodation and availability
  
  I can mainly welcome Workawayers **from Monday to Friday**, as the entire house is usually rented out during weekends.
  
  However, don't worry! We can discuss possible arrangements for weekends depending on your plans and availability.
  
  It could also be a great opportunity to explore Paris or travel around France during your free time.
  
  ## Discover Paris easily!
  
  I regularly work in Paris and often travel there by car.
  
  Whenever our schedules match, **I'll be happy to drop you off in Paris or pick you up**, making it easier for you to explore the city.
  
  You'll have the opportunity to discover Paris, its famous monuments, museums, cafés and neighbourhoods while enjoying the peaceful atmosphere of the French countryside.
  
  ## Who am I looking for?
  
  Ideally, someone who is:
  
  - Friendly, respectful and easygoing.
  - Independent, reliable and trustworthy.
  - Clean, tidy and organized.
  - Comfortable with gardening, laundry, ironing and everyday household activities.
  - Happy to take initiative and help with small projects.
  - Curious about French culture and interested in meeting new people.
  
  You don't need any particular professional experience. A positive attitude, motivation and common sense are much more important!

  I'll be happy to share French culture, meals, conversations and recommendations about places to visit.
  
  You'll have opportunities to practice French, discover charming nearby villages, enjoy nature and organize trips to Paris.

  I'm looking for a friendly, reliable and independent person to help me with everyday life around my French country house.
  
  Activities include gardening, mowing the lawn, watering plants, general household cleaning, tidying, laundry, ironing, organizing storage spaces and occasional DIY, painting or decorating projects.
  
  There is always something to do, and tasks can be adapted to your skills and interests. No special experience is required, just motivation, common sense and a positive attitude!
  
  I also run a guest accommodation business. Any tasks directly related to paying guests would be arranged separately as paid work, in accordance with applicable requirements.

  You'll have a comfortable private bedroom in a spacious, renovated French country house, with access to shared living areas, a large garden, a summer swimming pool and a jacuzzi.

  As the entire property is generally rented out during weekends, we can discuss possible arrangements for those days in advance.
  
  I regularly travel to Paris by car and can sometimes drop you off or pick you up, depending on my schedule.

  The house is located in a peaceful French village, surrounded by beautiful countryside, approximately one hour from Paris.
  
  It's a great place to relax, enjoy nature, go for walks and discover authentic French village life.
  
  Having your own car is definitely a plus, as public transport is limited in the countryside. However, it's not essential!
  
  I regularly travel to Paris by car for work and I'm happy to drop you off or pick you up whenever my schedule allows.
  
  Please note that I mainly welcome Workawayers from Monday to Friday, as the house is usually rented out during weekends. However, I'm flexible and we can discuss possible solutions together for weekends.
  
  You'll have free time to explore Paris, visit nearby towns, discover French culture or simply enjoy the peaceful surroundings.
  
  I recommend being independent and comfortable spending some time on your own, as I'm not always at home during the day.
