Hi! Our beautiful hostel just recently reopened after laying dormant throughout most of the pandemic. We are looking for people who can do random chores around the property and more importantly, help us with our guests to re-establish the legendary vibe for which our Lodge is famous. The rest of the time, you are free to use the pool, waterslide, kitchen, kayaks and everything else that we offer. We can not offer food at this time but you can access a staff-only kitchen. Below is our normal profile :)

We have a hostel/hotel close to Bocas del Toro that has happy guests and great reviews. We are the only place with a massive waterslide and a sweet water pool! We have an on site restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner to guests of the hotel, outside guests are not permitted, also an excellent kitchen team, with amazing chefs who put out incredible food. We organise many activities that we offer to our guests. We need volunteers to add to these activities, for example through a yoga exchange. We have a beautiful work out studio in the middle of the jungle that we use for this purpose.
Our kitchen team will be cooking your 3 meals for you so that's a nice bonus of working and living here. (not available in 2021 and 2022.

You will be on our small island off the coast of Panama which has a few indigenous communities of fishermen and farmers. We have many local Panamanians working at the Lodge. The Lodge is also full of guests from all over the world, it is a very dynamic social environment, full of new challenges on a daily basis.

Shared, rustic, in a jungle!
In our area, there is some of the most amazing beaches in the world (white sand, super warm and clear water). The surfing is world renowned. Beautiful coral reefs are directly off our dock (diving and snorkelling). Bocas has an incredible party scene. There are all sorts of islands to explore on our kayaks and canoes.
By volunteering with us, you get the chance to help create the coolest accommodation ever, in one of the most amazing settings. Volunteers can pick the over 30 varieties of fruit growing directly on our property whenever they please.
