Descripción
We are a small children's and youth farm on the edge of the Black Forest, between Freiburg and Basel.
We have children between the ages of 12 and 16. We also temporarily house children and adults from difficult life situations with our family. It is important that work-awayers are mentally and physically resilient.
We run a small riding school with 13 ponies. You can find more information about our farm on our website: . We also have a few goats, which we milk in the summer, as well as chickens, dogs, cats, and rabbits.
We prefer work-awayers who plan to stay with us for an extended period.

Wir sind ein kleiner Kinder- und Jugendbauernhof am Rande des Schwarzwaldes, zwischen Freiburg und Basel.
Wir haben Kinder im Alter von 12 und 16 Jahren. Auf dem Hof leben zeitweise noch Kinder und Erwachsene aus schwierigen Lebenssituationen bei uns in der Familie. Es ist wichtig, dass Work-Awayer psychisch und physisch belastbar sind.
Wir betreiben eine kleine Reitschule mit 13 Ponys.Weitere Informatioenen über unseren Hof findet Ihr auf unserer Homepage: . Bei uns leben noch ein paar Ziegen, welche wir im Sommer melken, Hühner, Hunde, Katzen und Kaninchen.
Wir bevorzugen Work- Awayer, welche länger bei uns bleiben wollen. -

Depending on the upcoming project work, we try to provide all the helpers with additional expertise. If you want you can almost always participate in all activities of the family and accompany us on excursions. With us you can learn German around the clock and actively participate in family life. We all eat together and all help out in the kitchen.
For a longer stay we learn to help our helpers the machines in the yard and many other things we do in everyday life.
Je nach anstehender Projektarbeit versuchen wir allen Helfern zusätzliches Fachwissen zu ermöglichen. Wenn man möchte kann man fast immer an allen Aktivitäten der Familie teilhaben und uns zu Ausflügen begleiten. Bei uns kann man rund um die Uhr Deutsch lernen und aktiv am Familienleben teilhaben. Wir essen alle zusammen und helfen auch alle zusammen in der Küche mit.
Bei längerem Aufenthalt lernen wir unseren Helfern die Maschinen auf dem Hof zu bedienen und vieles andere was wir im Alltag erledigen. -

Depending on your preferences and availability, we can place Workawayers in various areas.
After breakfast, we first take care of the animals.
Otherwise, there's always plenty to do around the house, in the garden, and on the farm. We welcome motivated and creative helpers.
In the spring, we repair the paddock fences and prepare the pastures for the animals. In the summer, harvesting is on the agenda. We have a small garden for our own needs and fruit trees for our own consumption.
We primarily have Icelandic ponies. Riding is only possible for experienced riders who can also assist with training the horses.
Je nach Wunsch und Möglichkeiten können wir Workawayer in unterschiedlichen Bereichen einsetzen.
Nach dem Frühstück versorgen wir zuerst die Tiere.
Sonst gibt es im Haushalt, im Garten und in der Landwirtschaft immer genug zu tun. Wir freuen uns über motivierte und kreative Mitarbeiter.
Im Frühling richten wir die Koppelzäune und bereiten die Weiden für die Tiere vor. Im Sommer steht die Ernte auf dem Tagesprogramm. Wir haben einen kleinen Selbstversorgergarten und Obstbäume für den Eigenbedarf.
Wir haben überwiegend Islandponys. Das Reiten ist bei uns nur für gute Reiter möglich, welche auch bei der Pferdeausbildung helfen können. -

Good transport links. We have a bus stop in front of the yard. Within 15 minutes you can go by bike to the train station and from there the direction of Basel and Freiburg. Duration 30 minutes.
Since we have here by the riding school, many children in the yard, we attach great importance to ensuring that all adults are here on the farm are good models for the children.
Gute Verkehrsanbindung .Wir haben eine Bushaltestelle vor dem Hof. In 15 Minuten kann man mit dem Fahrrad zum Bahnhof fahren und von dort Richtung Basel und Freiburg. Dauer jeweils 30 Minuten.
Da wir hier, durch die Reitschule, viele Kinder auf dem Hof haben, legen wir großen Wert darauf, dass alle Erwachsenen hier auf dem Hof Vorbilder für die Kinder sind. Bei uns sind oft viele Menschen. Das sollte man mögen.
Wir benötigen für alle Besucher ein erweitertes Führungszeugnis oder die Unterschrift einer Selbstverpflichtungserklärung, dass keine Strafdelikte vorlagen. -
