Help us learn Spanish and bond with the dogs in Valencia, Spain

  We are a couple in our 50s (Dutch) with two lovely dogs who live permanently in Spain. We are looking for someone who speaks only Spanish and/or English and enjoys giving us daily Spanish lessons. (We understand the language reasonably well and manage fine, but it could be much better).
  
  We are making our guesthouse available to one person, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, in exchange for two hours of Spanish lessons per day and some conversation during mealtimes. Otherwise, you are free and could even work from home using our good internet connection. If you would enjoy occasionally joining us at the animal shelter where Ing volunteers, that would be great fun, but it is not a must. What is a must, however, is that you connect with our dogs; they are very important to us. (If you think 'a dog isn't a big deal'... then unfortunately, you are not the right person we are looking for). We live off-grid, are self-sufficient, and expect you to be economical with the water available here.

  Wij zijn een 50+ (Nederlanders) stel met 2 lieve honden die permanent in Spanje (30 min. vanaf Valencia) wonen. Wij zijn op zoek naar iemand die alleen Spaans en/of Engels spreekt en het leuk vind ons dagelijks Spaanse les te geven. (wij verstaan de taal al aardig en redden ons prima maar het kan veel beter).
  Wij stellen ons gastenverblijf beschikbaar aan 1 persoon aan inclusief ontbijt, lunch en diner in ruil voor 2 uur per dag Spaanse les en wat conversatie tijdens eetmomenten. Verder ben je vrij en zou je zelfs met onze goede internet aansluiting kunnen werken vanuit huis. Mocht je het leuk vinden om af en toe mee te gaan naar het dierenasiel waar Ing als vrijwilligster werkt zou dat geweldig leuk zijn maar dat is geen must. Wat wel een must is dat je wel een klik krijgt met onze honden, zij zijn erg belangrijk voor ons. (denk je 'een hond is niet erg'....dan ben jij helaas niet de juiste persoon die wij zoeken).
  Wij wonen off-grid, zijn zelfvoorzienend en verwachten dat je zuinig bent met het water wat hier beschikbaar is.

  We are sociable and have worked in the Netherlands in healthcare, among other fields, as well as as entrepreneurs. We enjoy talking about life, our children and grandchildren, but also about everyday things, and of course, you can share whatever you want with us. What matters is that you feel at home with us, our beautiful surroundings, and the peace and quiet where we live. So, it is also very suitable if you want to unwind completely and only give us Spanish lessons.

  Wij zijn sociaal en hebben in Nederland o.a. in de zorg gewerkt maar ook als ondernemer. Wij praten graag over het leven, onze kinderen en kleinkinderen maar ook over koetjes kalfjes en uiteraard kan je delen met ons wat je wilt delen. Het gaat er om dat jij je thuis voelt bij ons, onze prachtige omgeving, de rust waar wij wonen. Dus ook erg geschikt als je helemaal tot rust wilt komen en ons alleen Spaanse les geeft.

  Wij zijn Nederlands maar willen graag een workawayer die vloeiend Spaans spreekt en het liefst geen Nederlands, anders vallen we snel terug in onze eigen taal.

  Alojamiento

  Our guesthouse is small but very cozy, and it has everything you need. It features a double bed, shower, toilet, kitchenette, terrace, and a swimming pool. Everything is kept very clean and finished to a high standard—we hope you will appreciate that. All essentials are provided, from bed linen to towels.
  
  Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are prepared by your host.

  Ons gastenverblijf is klein maar erg knus en je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. 2 persoons-bed, douche, toilet, kitchenette, terras, zwembad en alles is erg schoon en netjes afgewerkt en wij hopen dat jij dat kunt waarderen. Alles is aanwezig, van beddengoed tot handdoeken.
  
  Ontbijt, Lunch en avondeten worden verzorgd door ons maar wil jij een keer koken is dat uiteraard prima.

  Zorro en Lina (4 años)

  Zorro en Lina zijn 2 zwerfhonden die wij uit het asiel hebben gehaald waar wij ook vrijwilligerswerk doen. Ze zijn ontzettend lief en zijn beide een mix. Zorro lijkt met zijn 10 kilo op een mini herder en Lina lijkt met haar 9 kilo op een mini podenco.
  Het enige wat ze willen is liefde van de mensen die op ons terrein komen.
