We would love for someone to join our family and help with light housework and older kids. There is loads of free time to travel around and see the country. We would hope someone would stay a MINIMUM STAY 3 TO 4 MONTHS as this would be better for the family and routine. We mainly need help with the
●House work
●Helping get kids ready for school
●Ready for bed and put Alba to bed by 6:30 on days mother is working.
●collecting them from school. 2:30
We welcome the assistance with house work and children:
** Taking them to the park**
* Making sure they aren't on devices all day.
* Helping with homework.
I would need help with house work:
*** such as washing up breakfast plates after the breakfast and putting them away. I don't like them left on draining board. (Its a hate of mine 😬).***
* After kids play, tidy away toys.
* Hang up washing, if washing there to be hung up. If dry put it away in bedrooms. (Once washing machine stops clothes need to be hung up or they will smell)
* Sweep floor after breakfast and again after dinner. Sitting room, hall and kitchen.
***We would expect someone to help us, see that it needs to be done, when you are in the home.*** being part of the family means helping when in the house 😊
*** you will be using the rest room, with the children so this will need to be cleaned by the adults in the home. ***Shower hair removed, bins emptied, after use, mother doesn't use this bathroom so please put your own sanitary towels in the main bin***

We need someone to spend quality time with the kide, Quality time means away from all devices "without their mobile phone in their hand"... this is one of my pet hates
We provide [3 meals per day / family dinner / basic groceries] as part of the exchange. Outside of this, helpers are responsible for their own snacks or additional food.
Our kitchen is a shared family space, so we keep cooking to agreed times only and don’t do multiple personal cooking sessions throughout the day. We usually only cook one hot meal a day.
If you love frequent or independent cooking, this may not be the best fit — but if you’re happy joining our family-style meals and simple routines, you’ll fit right in 😊
Lady will have the benefit of living in a very happy, friendly, relaxed environment. Plenty of time for recreational pursuits. We would encourage workaway person to become part of our unit for the duration of the stay. We are quite happy to discuss any questions you may have. We will try to facilitate you in every way we can.

We will do our best to help the Workawayer integrate with our family life. They would be part of our family, learn the Irish culture. Learn from the children. Only 15min from Dublin city so all the amenities that Dublin has to offer.
We have a bike that the workawayer can use.

Someone who has experience with children this is a MUST you must be able to interact well with children be able to play with them:
1. READING books.
2. Putting kids to bed. (Putting younger one in pjs) and putting her to sleep.
3. Helping with housework.
We need someone to spend quality time with the kide, Quality time means "without their mobile phone in their hand"... this is one of my pet hates and away from devices such as computers.
1). We need help collecting kids from school. Taking them to school 5 mornings a week. In the morning (on school days) helping get children ready for school and out the door - Helping dress them, making sure they eat breakfast, wash teeth a must and walking them to school.
* getting kids ready for school, walking them to school and cleaning up the kitchen should take no longer then 1.5h*
Hovering on a Wednesday just two mats downstairs.
2). During the afternoon we require help with minding the kids, collection from school at 2:30 (depending on requirements), helping them with homework, maybe going for a walk or a cycle with them, taking children to playground. Help kids tidy playroom if they have been in there. (please don't walk away and leave a mess).
3). Cook dinner not required, the family will make the dinners. We would expect you to make the kids lunch for school 4 to 5 times a week. Make on Sunday night for school Monday 😁.
4). Be able to cook (not an expert) if required. Light housework (sweeping floor, tidy after breakfast and dinner). See laundry. ***This is a requirement when you are in the house*** see things need to be done. The children don't need interaction all the time, they are getting older now and enjoy time to play with each other.
5). General housework could include folding clothes, taking them out of wash, cleaning the kitchen after meals and other normal day to day housework. Cleaning the restroom once a week at least, the restroom is shared between you and the children. Please make sure its keep clean. ●empty the bin weekly●
6).**** When you are partaking in any meal in the house, you will be expected to help in preparation and clean-up****
7). Getting kids dressed for bed and helping put them to bed some evenings. Alba needs to be sleeping 😴 by 7 as she gets cranky next day.
8). We limit phones around the children we don't mind anyone using the phone in there own time but not around the kids. I think this is a fair ask 😊.
9) please be advised, support will be needed every second weekend as one parent is working. This will be reflected on time off during the week and is a MUST.
10) There will be 7 people in the house, we try and limit 🚿 to one a day 🤪. I think this is a fair expectation.
We would need help some mornings a week, so would need someone responsible enough to get kids ready for school and take them to school 5 mornings a week. My husband will take the children some mornings as will I.
