  Hello and welcome!
  
  My name is Konstantinos. I am a Greek notary public and I divide my time between my professional life and my private seaside property in Livanates, Central Greece.
  
  The property is a very special place for me and my family. It is a large private estate of approximately 6,500 m², directly by the sea, with around 70 metres of private beachfront.
  
  It is surrounded by trees, gardens and open spaces, with beautiful views over the sea and plenty of room to enjoy nature, peace and quiet. There are several buildings on the property, outdoor sitting and dining areas, and direct access to the beach.
  
  Livanates is a traditional seaside village in Central Greece, away from mass tourism. The area is ideal for people who enjoy the sea, nature, walking, swimming and a relaxed Mediterranean lifestyle.
  
  Athens is within reasonable travelling distance, while interesting destinations such as Delphi, Arachova, Mount Parnassos and Thermopylae can also be visited from the area.
  
  About me
  
  I am an active professional, but I especially enjoy spending time at the property, usually several days each week.
  
  I appreciate responsible, independent and trustworthy people, but I also enjoy good conversation, sharing meals occasionally and introducing visitors to Greek life and culture.
  
  I would like the people staying here to feel comfortable and at home, rather than simply feeling that they are employees.
  
  Who we are looking for
  
  I am mainly interested in welcoming a couple, or two people travelling together, who would enjoy living in a peaceful seaside environment for a longer period.
  
  The help is mainly connected with taking care of the property while I am away and assisting with normal everyday tasks around the estate.
  
  Typical activities may include:
  
  keeping an eye on the property
  
  light cleaning and general tidying
  
  helping to keep outdoor areas organised
  
  basic garden care
  
  small everyday maintenance tasks
  
  making sure everything is in good order when I am not there
  
  I am normally at the property from Thursday until Sunday, so during the rest of the week I particularly appreciate having reliable people staying there.
  
  This is not connected with a tourist business or hotel operation. It is currently a private family property.
  
  What I offer
  
  You will have accommodation at the property and the opportunity to live directly beside the sea in a beautiful and peaceful part of Greece.
  
  In addition, as part of our exchange arrangement, I offer €500 per month in total for the couple / two people, to help cover personal everyday expenses during your stay.
  
  The arrangement is best suited to people who are financially independent and are primarily interested in experiencing life in Greece, rather than looking for a conventional full-time job.
  
  Retired or semi-retired couples, mature travellers, digital nomads, or people taking a longer break from their normal life would be especially welcome.
  
  The experience
  
  You can swim directly in front of the property, enjoy the gardens and outdoor areas, explore traditional Greek villages and discover a part of Greece that most tourists never experience.
  
  For the right people, I would be very happy for this to become a longer-term arrangement.
  
  What matters most to me is mutual trust, respect for the property and a friendly relationship.

  Cultural exchange and what you can experience
  
  For us, cultural exchange is one of the most important parts of this experience.
  
  Our guests will have the opportunity to discover not only the surrounding area, but also the everyday life, traditions, history and mentality of Greece in a much more personal way than a normal visitor.
  
  We would be very happy to introduce you to the local area, its history, traditions, villages and way of life. From Livanates, you can also explore some of the most important and beautiful places in Greece, such as Delphi, Arachova, Meteora, Thermopylae and Mount Parnassos, as well as many smaller traditional villages and coastal areas that are less known to tourists.
  
  You will also have the opportunity to experience real Greek family life. We would like our guests to feel welcome as part of our family and daily life, rather than simply as people staying on the property.
  
  Whenever possible, we can share meals, conversations, local traditions, stories about the area and aspects of Greek culture and history.
  
  At the same time, cultural exchange works both ways. I am genuinely interested in learning about the culture, customs, food, traditions and way of thinking of our guests' home country. I believe that living together respectfully and exchanging ideas and experiences can be one of the most rewarding parts of a long-term stay.
  
  Depending on your interests, you may also learn more about Greek cooking, gardening, seasonal produce, life in the countryside, local history and everyday life in a traditional Greek community.
  
  Our aim is not simply to offer accommodation, but to create a warm and meaningful experience where both sides can learn from each other, share their cultures and hopefully build a lasting friendship.

  Long-term live-in opportunity for a couple in coastal Greece
  
  We are looking for a reliable couple who would enjoy living year-round on our private seaside property in Livanates, mainland Greece. Retired or semi-retired couples with experience in gardening and caring for animals are welcome.
  
  We provide a separate 50 m² home with no rent, water or electricity bills. A car is available for personal use, together with 50 litres of petrol per month. The couple may also take vegetables and eggs for their own use; arrangements for chickens can be agreed separately.
  
  The paid work is for one person on a part-time basis and includes mowing the lawn with a ride-on mower (approximately two hours, twice a week in summer; no mowing in winter), light pruning of lemon and orange trees, planting and tending a vegetable garden, and keeping the grounds clean and tidy. There are 25 chickens to care . We would also appreciate someone who notices problems on the property and lets us know promptly.
  
  Payment: €500 per month through the appropriate legal payment arrangement in Greece. We are looking for a stable, long-term arrangement and will agree the precise duties and hours in advance.
  
  Please send a short introduction about yourselves, your gardening and animal-care experience, when you could move to Greece, and two references. Photos of the home and property are available to serious applicants.

  Your accommodation
  
  You will stay in a new, private, ground-floor house of approximately 50 m², located inside the garden of the property.
  
  The house is fully furnished and equipped for comfortable, independent, long-term living. Everything inside is new and carefully selected, including the kitchen, oven, refrigerator, television, beds, living-room furniture and dining area.
  
  It is designed as a real home rather than temporary accommodation, offering privacy, comfort and everything needed for everyday life.
  
  The house is surrounded by the garden and open space of the estate, creating a peaceful and relaxing environment close to nature and the sea.
  
  Both wireless and wired unlimited 5G internet are provided free of charge, making the house particularly suitable for remote workers and digital nomads.
  
  Guests do not pay any household expenses. Electricity, heating, water, internet and normal utility costs are fully covered.
  
  Meals are not prepared or provided on a daily basis, as the house has its own fully equipped kitchen and guests can cook independently according to their own preferences.
  
  In addition, guests are welcome to enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and seasonal vegetables from the garden, whenever available.
  
  The aim is for the couple staying with us to feel that they have their own comfortable home within the estate, with independence and privacy, rather than simply a room for a short stay.
  
  Meals, food and living arrangement
  
  We do not normally provide three prepared meals per day, as we believe our guests will enjoy having the freedom to cook and eat according to their own preferences and schedule.
  
  Instead, we provide €500 per month in total for the couple / two people, which can be used towards groceries, food and other personal everyday expenses.
  
  In addition, guests are welcome to use fresh produce available from the property, including fresh eggs from our hens and seasonal vegetables from the garden, whenever available.
  
  You will stay in a new, fully equipped private house of approximately 50 m², with everything needed for comfortable independent living. The house includes a complete kitchen and high-quality electrical appliances, including well-known brands such as Bosch.
  
  All household expenses are fully covered by us. You will not have to pay anything for electricity, water, internet or the normal running costs of the house.
  
  The house also has unlimited 5G internet access, making it suitable for everyday use, video calls, streaming and remote work.
  
  For your personal transportation, we also provide a Lada Niva, together with up to 50 litres of fuel per month, so that you can shop, visit the village, explore the surrounding area and manage your everyday personal needs.
  
  Long-term stay
  
  We are specifically looking for a responsible couple interested in a long-term stay at the property.
  
  This opportunity is not intended for people simply looking for a one- or two-month holiday in Greece. Our preference is to find a couple who would like to make the property their home for a substantial period of time, become familiar with the estate and gradually develop a relationship of mutual trust with us.
  
  For the right couple, we would be very happy for the arrangement to continue on a long-term basis.
  
  This arrangement offers a high level of independence and privacy, while still allowing us to share meals occasionally and enjoy the cultural exchange together when we are all at the property.

  Free time, local area and transport
  
  I can arrange to pick you up from the airport and bring you directly to the property, so your arrival can be as easy and comfortable as possible.
  
  During your stay, you will also have access to a car for your personal transportation, together with up to 50 litres of fuel per month. This gives you the freedom to do your shopping, visit nearby towns, explore the surrounding area and enjoy day trips in your free time.
  
  The property is located in a peaceful seaside area, while still being close to everyday services and local towns.
  
  It is approximately 2 km from Livanates, around 6 km from Atalanti, and about 30 km from Kamena Vourla.
  
  In your free time, you can enjoy the beach, swimming, walking, relaxing in nature, visiting local villages and discovering traditional Greek life away from the busy tourist areas.
  
  The location is also a very good base for exploring Central Greece. Depending on your interests, you can visit important historical and cultural destinations such as Delphi, Thermopylae, Arachova and Meteora, as well as Mount Parnassos, traditional mountain villages and many beautiful coastal areas.
  
  You will have two full days off each week, giving you enough time to explore, relax or simply enjoy the property and the sea.
  
  For people who enjoy a quiet lifestyle, nature and discovering the real Greece at their own pace, the area offers a very pleasant combination of independence, countryside, history and seaside living.

  Internet and remote working The house has unlimited 5G internet with no data restrictions, suitable for everyday use, video calls, online meetings, streaming and remote work. For this reason, the arrangement may be especially attractive to digital nomads, remote workers or self-employed people who would like to live for a longer period in a peaceful seaside environment while continuing their professional activity online. You can work independently from the house while enjoying privacy, nature and direct access to the sea, without having to worry about internet or household utility costs.

  Pets are welcome We are happy to welcome dogs and cats, provided that they are friendly, well behaved and not aggressive. Any visiting pets should be able to live peacefully with the animals already on the property. We have a small female Setter who is friendly and part of everyday life here, as well as chickens on the estate. For this reason, we ask that any dog or cat staying with you is calm around other animals and can live harmoniously with our dog and the chickens. Responsible pet owners are very welcome, and we would be happy for your pet to become part of the daily life of the property during your stay.
