My name is Tugsuu. I am an English guide and English teacher in the Khuvsgul province of Mongolia. I live with my husband and our two children and we run a tourist info center in Murun, a charming little mountain town in the north of Mongolia. We organize tours around the north of Mongolia for tourists from all over the world. I also run a small English school, and I am looking for Workawayers or foreign students.
Additionally we, as a family, have opened a guesthouse (four small cottages outside of our own home), and I would like to build a greenhouse as well. We would like Workawayers to help with construction, maitntanence, and decorating as well.Tipos de ayuda y oportunidades de aprendizaje

Two kinds of people are welcome at our place !
We are looking for a person who is able to teach English for different levels starting as soon as possible. Age and/or gender does not matter. Volunteers will teach English to small groups of students. They will help 5 days a week, depending on how many students/groups there will be. Usually there are two groups in the morning and one group in the late afternoon, but it can change. Each course is 2 hours long. You will work alongide with me (Tugsuu), sometimes alongside with my children, and if there are any other workaway volunteers at the time, you will collaborate with them as well.
Couples are welcome.
It is preferred if you can commit to at least two months. But short term is also ok. Please contact me for more details by email or on my workaway profile.
Also, we are looking for someone to help in the guesthouse, that my family and I run by ourselves. The tasks can range from: helping with tourists, gardening, cleaning, and/or cooking.Idiomas

If you stay short term, you will live in a wooden house next to ours on the property. If you will stay long term ,2 - 3 months, then we can build a traditional Mongolian "ger" for you. We will provide you with wood for heating your cabin, and electricity. Please note, that we live a very simple, rural and real Mongolian life, far away from the comfort zone you are probably used to. You will learn how to heat a wood stove with fire and keep your room warm. We have recently installed a hot shower and toilet in a hut outside of the main house to be used in the warmer months. There is the local bathouse in the winter months.
We also have wifi you can use (in the main house).
We provide two meals a day, breakfast and dinner. You can expect a simple breakfast and a Mongolian dinner. There are markets near by to acquire any additional food you might desire. There are cooking accomodations in the housing area.
There is also access to do your own laundry.Algo más...
The tsaatans people live close to my place and we can organize a trip as an incentive to see the last of the amazing reindeer people and the beautiful white lake. It takes 6 days and we offer you for a lower price.
I will explain to you how to get to Murun from Ulaanbaatar. It takes around 12 hours by bus. I will pick you up from the bus station in Murun.
Message our former Workawayers about their experience before contacting us.Un poco más de información

His whole family welcomed me and guided me with kindness in this region, the start of my trip to Mongolia and my first trip alone. I was able to give some English lessons to children from 8 to 15 years old and it was very enriching. Tugsuu and her daughter cook very well; and she… read more
