Avec un total de 8 vaches allaitantes, 1 cheval, 1 âne, 3 cochons, quelques poules, un grand jardin potager, et un jardin floral, le temps ne se voit pas passer

  Generally participation to the various daily tasks. The farm is located at 1200 meters in the Alpes-Maritimes, two hours drive north of Nice. It offers a somewhat isolated place, in a natural and animal setting. With a total of 8 suckler cows, 1 horse, 1 donkey, 3 pigs, a few chickens, a large vegetable garden, and a flower garden, time flies by. Activities vary according to the seasons: Spring, with variable weather, gives way to gardening, fencing for pasture, maintaining farm animals, but also sawing wood for the cold season. Summer, with warm temperatures and a dry season, is made up of hay, picking cherries, raspberries, and redcurrants over a certain period. It is possible to go out in the Daluis gorges, a small canyon, to reach the Amen waterfall, which offers a very beautiful place to swim. Autumn, with dry weather, offers time for firewood, renovation and repairs, structural improvements. Winter, with cold temperatures, and sometimes snow, gives way to tending to animals in the stable, interior renovations, but also reading and painting. The days vary, as does the work, but there is also free time for hiking, exploring the surroundings and peaks.
  
  Les activités varient selon les saisons: le Printemps, avec un temps variable, laisse place au jardinage, à la clôture pour le pâturage, à l'entretien des animaux de la ferme, mais aussi au sciage de bois pour la saison froide. L'été, avec des températures chaudes et une saison sèches, se constitue notamment des foins, de la cueillette de cerises, framboises, et groseilles sur une certaine période. Il est possible de faire des sorties dans les gorges de Daluis, un petit canyon, pour arriver à la cascade d'Amen, qui offre une très belle place pour se baigner. L'automne, avec un temps sec, offre la place au bois de chauffage, et à la rénovation et aux réparations, améliorations de la structure . L'hivers, avec des températures froides, et parfois de la neige, laisse place à l'entretien des bêtes en étable, à la rénovations en intérieur, mais aussi à la lecture et la peinture.
  Les journées varient, tout comme le travail, mais il est également libre de randonnée, de découvrir les alentours et les sommets.

  Alojamiento

  The farm offers a cozy kitchen, a welcoming television room, a sunny terrace, a charming teahouse, a warm fireplace, a toilet and shower, several comfortable sleeping areas, and a supreme attic.
  About the bedrooms, one is attached, but separated from the interior of the house, including two single beds, with direct access to the bathroom. The other, is none other than the recently converted attic, with independent access (staircase), offering a spacious place, including several beds (4 available), mattresses, table, chairs, armchairs, and a sublime view.
  
  Here, we eat together 3 times a day, with breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is always free access to food, in case of shift or small hunger. Concerning meals, they consist of meat, vegetables from the farm, and cereals. Vegetarians and vegans therefore also find what they are looking for.
