We are a new family living in a small house with big plots of land.
Often we have friends visiting, local and from around the world.
We have taken up, big projects, with plenty to do, and ever more still to commence.
I'm building a creative space with gardens on an old farm house which has been passed down from my grandfather.
The Farm has been left abandoned and so, we are slowly regenerating it.
We have a few little projects building up there, including the restoration of a few buildings, finishing building some buildings, making a cellar, a sauna and always some gardening.
Almost every year we have a small festival and other small events transpire during the year.
Elza on the other hand is building a house in the middle of the forest, with her father, she will also need help with planting a forest.

We are living amongst forests and fields, so you'd be getting closer to nature, while visiting us. I would especially encourage going for walks into the forests. Me and Elza can share some cultural background of Latvia, share a little part of us and the spaces around us. Then depending on what help is needed, those things will also be learnt.
Also if you play basketball or chess your even more welcome to join us!
Sometimes I also make a small music event in a Bar in Dobele (which is the closets town) so if your a musician we can make a small musical performance.

The help required may change depending on the time of the year, the projects happening on that particular time, and your skill and willingness to get involved.
The help needed over the summer would vary on what you are comfortable doing.
There will be lots of manual work, from building and reconstructing, to gardening,
Maybe it will be time to pick berries or mushrooms from the forest.

We are living in a samll log building, and have accomidation for guets in small cabins on the property.
Everything is quite raw so be prepared!
There are plenty of forests to explore, walks to be had. There is a chance of you borrowing our car to take a trip, somewhere. We are about an hour and a half away from Riga or the beach. I'm a guide in a sacred forests and Elza is a guie at a local castle. SOoo we can show you around, and tell some historical stories about the surroundings...
Buses are 5km away from the farm.
