We live on a farm in the beautiful Hinakura valley, 25 minutes from Martinborough and 1 1/2 hours from Wellington. On our farm consisting of 1700 acres, we run, sheep, beef, a growing bee industry and two home stays.
We are a busy couple who are keen for 2 people or a couple to join our family and help out on the farm. Helping with gardening in the large garden, house cleaning, painting and general tasks around the farm. In exchange for 4 - 4 1/2 hours of help a day, we will supply food and accommodation. You can stay for a week or maybe more, starting around the 9th January.
There will be opportunities for hunting (deer and pigs), diving (crayfish & paua) and fishing as we are close to a river and the coast is a 20 minute drive away.
We can pick up from Martinborough or Masterton.
