I'm Tina and I live in a traditional Catalan farmhouse in a quiet rural area.
I am currently in a process of clearing, cleaning and reorganising the house after many years of use, with the aim of making the spaces more simple, practical and comfortable for everyday rural living.
I am looking for practical, independent people who can help with hands-on tasks such as cleaning, sorting, painting and general organisation.
I value a respectful and relaxed atmosphere, independence, and people who enjoy simple rural life and practical work.
In summer, there is a simple outdoor pool available for cooling off and relaxing after work. Occasionally I share simple dinners or relaxed evenings together, but the overall atmosphere is calm and focused on rural daily life and work.
Spanish is preferred for daily communication, as it makes coordination easier on a day-to-day basis, but it is not a requirement. If you don’t speak Spanish, it is not a problem at all. -

Volunteers can benefit from experiencing everyday rural life in a traditional Catalan farmhouse, in a quiet natural environment.
The volunteers can learn practical skills related to everyday tasks, rural living and working together on shared projects. It is a hands-on experience where the volunteers can contribute in a meaningful way and see the progress made over time.
They will also have the opportunity to experience a simple and calm lifestyle in the countryside, with time to disconnect from busy urban routines and connect with nature.
The cultural exchange comes from sharing daily life in a rural home in Catalonia, including simple routines, meals and conversations, while respecting independence and personal space. -
Ayuda
Volunteers will help with simple, practical tasks around the farmhouse to support its gradual clearing and reorganisation.
This may include:
Sorting and clearing stored items
Cleaning and tidying different areas of the house
Painting some interior spaces
The work is basic and does not require special skills, but it does require a practical attitude and willingness to get involved in everyday tasks.
We usually work in a relaxed way, focusing on one area at a time and adapting the pace depending on the day. -

Alojamiento
The farmhouse is a traditional rural house in Catalonia, located in a quiet natural area surrounded by forest and fields.
Volunteers stay in the house itself, in a simple and comfortable environment. Rooms are private and equipped with double beds. The house has shared kitchen, bathroom and living spaces.
It is a peaceful place, ideal for people who enjoy calm countryside living and a simple daily rhythm.
The farmhouse is located a short distance from nearby villages, with access to public transport towards larger towns and Barcelona. -

Volunteers will have a private room with a double bed in a simple and comfortable farmhouse. The house is warm and basic, ideal for people who enjoy nature and a quiet rural environment.
In their free time, volunteers can enjoy walks in the surrounding forest, relax in nature, or explore nearby villages and towns.
In summer, there is also a simple outdoor pool available for cooling off and relaxing after work.

Navàs (5 km away)
Manresa (easily reachable by bus)
Barcelona (about 1.5–2 hours by public transport)
The mountains and the sea are both within about 1 hour by car
The area offers a mix of forest, fields and small villages, with opportunities for hiking, cycling and quiet outdoor activities.
This is a calm rural environment, suitable for people who enjoy disconnecting from busy city life, living close to nature, and experiencing a simple daily rhythm. -
