We follow a rustic, green, natural, and mindful lifestyle.
offers:
• A small organic garden
• Open valley views
• Cozy bungalows
• Many handmade decorations
• A quiet atmosphere ideal for creativity and nature lovers
We welcome volunteers who enjoy nature, gardening, simple DIY, creative projects, and helping shape a beautiful living space.
For this position, we are looking for volunteers with relevant experience and practical skills, especially in one or more of the following areas:
• Gardening or eco projects
• Carpentry or DIY
• Art and decoration
• Social media, content creation, photography, or video making
To help us understand your abilities and creative style, please send:

This helps us see whether your aesthetic and approach match the spirit of this place
We only welcome a pair of two volunteers rather than a single person. this place is located on a quiet hill, and having a companion often makes the experience more enjoyable and comforting — especially since you will have the entire place to yourselves most of the time.

We have local staff who may interact with you during your stay, although their English is limited (Google Translate usually helps 😊). Because of this language barrier, you will mainly communicate and work online with me rather than directly work with our staff.
You may also have opportunities to interact with our homestay guests — mostly young Vietnamese families with small children. Many guests enjoy casual chats, sharing travel stories, cooking together, or joining small activities around the garden.
Ayuda
Before confirming any volunteer stay, we prefer to clearly define project goals, tasks, and expectations together. This helps ensure a good match for both sides and a meaningful experience.
To support this process, please send:
• A short introduction video
• Photos, links, or examples of your previous work (projects, social media, portfolios, or creative samples)
This allows us to understand your skills, style, and strengths before accepting applications.
Help at this place is flexible and based on your strengths. What matters most is having someone who can help us maintain the warm, cozy atmosphere of our homestay while contributing their own skills and creativity.
Below are some daily tasks you may help with, depending on your experience and interests:
⸻
🌿 1. Gardening (daily, light tasks)
• Watering plants
• Light weeding
• Planting herbs or small trees
• Maintaining small garden corners
These tasks are simple and grounding — perfect for volunteers who enjoy being outdoors.
⸻
🌸 2. Decoration (creative tasks)
• Arranging flowers
• Styling spaces for photos
• Seasonal décor (Christmas, Tet, Mid-autumn)
• Creating cozy corners around the homestay
We welcome volunteers with a good aesthetic sense who enjoy shaping warm, natural spaces.
⸻
🔨 3. Carpentry / Woodcraft (optional – experience preferred)
If you enjoy working with wood, we have small DIY projects such as:
• Making simple wooden toys or décor
• Creating rustic decorative items
• Repairing or refreshing wooden paths or signs
• Building small shelves, plant stands, or frames
• Sanding, oiling, and maintaining outdoor wooden furniture
Basic skills are required, and creativity is highly appreciated.
We provide basic tools (hand saw, drill, sanding tools, natural oil, nails, etc.).
⸻
🧹 4. Light Homestay Assistance
• Tidying shared spaces
• Sweeping outdoor areas
• Helping prepare simple setups for guests
⸻
📸 5. Social Media & Content Creation (experience preferred)
We also welcome volunteers with content creation skills to help us share the spirit of this place:
• Taking photos or short videos of nature, homestay life, gardening, and slow-living moments
• Simple editing (phone apps are fine)
• Helping write short captions or content ideas in English
• Creating small reels or TikTok clips about daily life
• Documenting garden progress or décor projects
➡️ You don’t need to be a professional creator — but a good eye, creativity, and previous experience are important so your style aligns with this place.

🍀 Living Situation & Weekends here
Our family and staff do not live at the homestay, so most of the time you will have the entire space to yourself. It’s a peaceful, quiet environment where you can relax, create, or work on your own projects during the week.
Since the homestay is mainly a weekend retreat for families with kids, we tend to get busier from Friday to Sunday and may need a bit more help during those days. Please also note that our traditional wooden stilt house is not fully soundproof, so you might hear more activity when guests are around.
We appreciate your understanding and flexibility.

🐾 About Animals at Our Homestay
At our homestay, we raise a few friendly cats and rabbits. From time to time, you may also see animals from neighboring homes or some wild animals, as this is a rural area close to nature.
Please note that, as is common in this area, our domestic animals are not vaccinated.

🚌 Transport
this place is located on a quiet hilltop, slightly separated from the main road. We strongly recommend volunteers have their own motorbike or vehicle for easier access and getting around the area.
If volunteers do not have their own transportation, they can arrive by public transport and then take a taxi to reach this place.
