We are currently working on 2 projects:
- Conservation project in the Kichwa Uchuculin community reserve
The reserve is made up of 100 hectares of primary forest located in the upper part of the Amazon, 3 km from the Uchuculin community.
To achieve our conservation objective and start working in the area, we require collaboration and support in: logistics, identification of timber and medicinal plants, construction of a bamboo house, maintenance of trails, planting of cassava and fruit crops, creation of signage etc.
The community of Uchuculin is located 11km from the city of Tena in the province of Napo.
We have been working for more than 10 years with a volunteer program carrying out different activities.
- Project
The project was created at the end of 2023.
This is a free interactive encyclopaedia dedicated to aquatic biodiversity created to raise awareness about the conservation of aquatic biodiversity.
Since early 2024, the encyclopedia and the expeditions team have been working together to conduct a comprehensive study on the aquatic fauna of the Ecuadorian Amazon. The aim of the project is to carry out fauna inventories and to increase knowledge about the species living in this region, where not enough studies have taken place.
Be part of this project by supporting us on field trips, visiting Amazonian rivers and photographing the magnificent local aquatic wildlife.

The Amazon rainforest is the largest tropical forest in the world. We, the Amazon’s people and Indigenous nationalities, have been fighting for decades for our land, for biodiversity, for a decent quality of life, for the welfare of our children, for good education and health etc.
For more than 50 years we have been threatened by large mining, oil, and lumber companies etc. We’re engaged in a battle of resistance for our ancestral lands to prevent logging and uncontrolled pollution on our land, which must be protected.Proyectos con niños
