  POCKET MONEY FOR VOLUNTEERS IN MAY!
  as I am planning big things in May and there's going to be more work load, I am planning to offer a little pocket money to committed volunteers. Ask for more info.
  
  
  I am happy to announce that I am implementing an EMF FREE policy. This is the right place for those who wish a digital detox!

  I am a geographer, land planner and natural resources manager, I am working in this field since more than 10 years with universities, public and also private sector between different EU countries and South America as well. Since this year I decided to set up this project to give back to a land which is very beautiful but at the same time very fragile and suffering consequences of poor management.
  
  This is a reforestation regenerative project on abandoned land. We follow the principles of permaculture, agroforestry, syntropic agriculture, holistic regeneration. The land is on the hill side with a lot of terraces, creating a mild and dynamic landscape, it is easy and relaxing to wander around and it is always possible to see the coast and the sea. The environment is natural and a bit secluded, traditional Mediterranean landscape, but the village is 5 minutes drive away, or it is possible to walk. Here you have both the quietness of the countryside and the option to reach the village and from there the beach is ca. 15 min by bus.
  
  This place is perfect to take a break from hectic city life, recharge batteries and maybe focus on personal work or other projects. It is also a good place to learn from the practice about holistic regeneration, water management, and we sometimes host workshops and events. I am a certified yoga teacher and there is regular yoga practice if you would like to join. In the future we are going to build a platform to practice on a eaven ground, especially for those who would like to try acroyoga.
  We are still at pioneer phase and the facilities are basic, but with some help we will turn this place as a paradise, an hub for learning and share.
  
  Here you will have the chance to give back to our Mother Earth as each volunteer will get to plant a tree!
  
  I ask that you are genuinely intersted in nature, understanding and respecting the environment as well as the heritage and tradition of this area, and that you are willing to help at your best and with a positive attitude. For this reason drugs are not tolerated and alchool is used with moderation and in social occasions. We have a strict policy when it comes to contamination in order to support the regeneration of the land through the plants, insects and animals, therefore chemical products such as detergents, or any body products are not allowed, as well as we keep EMF pollution as low as possible. We suggest that you leave at home any device which is not strictly needed and take the chanche to digital detox and reconnect with nature.
  I expect that the team will grow in the future eventually also with the addition of volunteers who whould like to establish a more permanent relationship with this magic place.

  you will learn about holistic management of a forest, and regeneration of an abandoned land. Additionally you will have the chance to discover local culture and traditions, cooking and language.
  
  We like hiking and cultural tours, you are welcome to join us during your free time!

  helping with plants, growing from seed, nursing, doing compost and some bioconstruction
  Currently we are planting a food forest and improoving the volunteers camp.
  
  During working hours we are mostly outdoor, in contact with dirt and plants. Be sure to have appropriate clothing, extra socks and bring your own working gloves. You will be provided with all the tools and materials you need for working, but you will be personally responsible for each and will have to put them back in place at the end of every day.

  Alojamiento

  the accommodations are basic and mostly open air, during summer we have a nice camping area. Would be best if you come with your tent or caravan, but we may provide a tent if you tell us in advance (and we have one available).
  
  Currently there is a caravan available, but it is sometimes occupied or shared. Inside the campervan there is bed and table, some closets as well but for the kitchen and bathroom you will have to use those outside.
  
  The tents are going to be placed on lifted platforms for comfort and clean, and the area is covered to protect from sun shine and rain. There are also places available just outside the main camping area for more privacy.
  
  Hammocks and pallet benches are also being spread around the area, as well as a reading/writing point with books and writing material.
  
  
  We are happy to accept suggestions and proposals of light structures which could be build up to make the space more comfortable!
  
  
  We aim at consuming as much as possible local grown and fresh food. Currently an herbs/kitchen plants high bed is being installed.
  
  Electricity is provided for rechargeable devices only! such as phone, cameras, pc...ask in advance for other requirements
  
  All food will be provided according with seasonality, but the guests will often have to cook and prepare meals autonomously.
  
  the area is just amazing, the beach is 15 minutes away and you can also reach the mountains in half an hour, with waterfalls too.
  
  If you are into ancient Roman history and heritage, we are a few km away from the home of the Marine Monster Kaulon!
  scuba diving is also recommend, it is possible to see Greek columns underwater.
  
  Public transportation is also available or we could give you a lift.

  Please consider leaving at home any device which emits EMF signal to avoid disrupting regenerating environment. All bluethoot and wifi MUST have to stay off at nigth and during the day unless in actual use. Phones and internet data is working but the signal is not too strong in every area.
  Same goes for soap, detergent, and any beauty product which is not natural certified are not allowed in any area of the proprety. We are providing 100% natural detergent and body soap for shower, which come from a local producer.
  We try to reduce plastic consumption and recycle waste, please come with the attitude of being mindful with the mark you are leaving!
  
  
  please note that there are dogs in the area, it is ok with people but if you are traveling with your dog please let us know in advance and we will evaluate case by case

  The place is perfect for working at your projects, please let me know if I have to set up a desk inside your bedroom, otherwise you can use those within the area. We have an EMF free policy and connection is limited! Please ask in advance if you have specific connection requirements and we will find the best solution.
