I am an anthropologist and I live with my son who studies to become a chef. I love the relationship with nature and peaceful people. I like to exchange experiences with people from other cultures. I like traveling. Exchange knowledge. behind every collection there is a story I would like to participate in other collections in common.
Our farm, is not a company, everything we do is for our personal consumption. -

we are 15 minutes far from Lake Vico, 30 minutes from the sea and 10 minutes from the Roman thermal waters. we can offer in exchange for help in collecting food and overnight & the liters of oil that everyone will bring with them. But we don't like handling money. We prefer bartering

Every year our olive harvest begins around mid-October.
We like to harvest with a traditional manual method. you wake up at dawn with the singing of birds, lunch break and return under the trees and end up with the birds that pass by again to greet the setting sun. -

Etruscan land full of attractions that has stood still in time because it was part of the Papal state. we are in an Etruscan countryside full of olive trees. We can offer to sleep and eat in our field house heated by a fireplace and a wood stove.

They treated us as VIP guests. Ebe is a person extremely cult, intelligent, and generous. Alexis is a really good chef, funny, kind, and a cat lover ❤️ ❤️ ♥️.
The accommodation was really good with all the facilities.
The job was basically gardening.
