  Hi! My name is Dindin. I'm married and have three children. I'm running a small waste management company here in my hometown, Sumedang, West Java. So, if you’re interested in waste management and recycling, I’d be really happy to have you on board. You could also teach English to the locals or the kids here in the village!
  
  You can help us with general daily activities such as cleaning, sweeping, organizing things, or training my staff in self-development, etc. Sometimes, you may also be involved in production tasks, like sorting plastic bottles. Don't worry you're not going to replace the staff.
  
  Anyway, if you still enjoy teaching, you could hold an English class session for the kids in the village here or my staff.
  I'm totally open to your ideas, suggestions, and creativity.
  
  In exchange for helping me for a few hours, I’ll do my best to take you to interesting places and help you embrace our culture. Learning Indonesian/Sundanese language, or If you enjoy outdoor activities like camping or hiking, maybe I can take you to some special natural spots as well. See you later! :)

  We are looking for passionate individuals to help out in my small company. We need someone with an interest or expertise in management, waste management, and recycling, who can share their knowledge and lend a hand. Volunteering tasks vary from day to day, depending on the weather and our ongoing projects.
  
  I also welcome native English speakers or those who are fluent in English to help the kids in the village learn the language or get more comfortable speaking it! :D

  - Sumedang is located in West Java. A neighborhood city of the capital, Bandung.
  - Most of the people here are Moslem.
  - Most of the people here don’t speak English.
  - Toilets and showers are Indonesian styles (bucket shower/squat toilet)
  - Indonesians generally have different working manners. Everything is done in a more relaxed way, please anticipate and try to adapt. :)
