  We are a friendly Spanish family living in Valladolid. Our home is calm and welcoming, and we enjoy cultural exchange. Our daughter is cheerful and curious, and she would love to practise English in a natural and fun way.

  Staying with us is a great opportunity to experience everyday life in a Spanish family. We are happy to help you practise Spanish, share our traditions and local customs, and include you in our daily conversations and family life. We enjoy simple activities such as going for bike rides, spending time outdoors and exploring nearby parks and areas, and you’re welcome to join us whenever you like.
  Valladolid is a beautiful and safe city with history, parks, cafés and plenty of cultural activities. You will have lots of free time to explore the city, visit nearby towns, enjoy local food and discover authentic Spanish culture. We love cultural exchange and we also hope to learn from your background and experiences.

  Ayuda

  We are looking for a female native English speaker to spend 2–3 hours a day speaking English with our daughter through simple daily activities, conversation, reading or games.
  This is not a childcare job — no babysitting, cleaning or housework is required.

  We speak Spanish at home and will be happy to help you practise it in a natural way during meals, conversations and daily life. In return, we would love you to speak English with our daughter and with us whenever possible, so we can all improve our listening and speaking skills. This creates a relaxed and friendly environment where both languages are used every day.

  Alojamiento

  We offer a private room in our modern apartment, located in the centre of Valladolid. The flat is new, bright and very well situated, right next to the river and surrounded by green areas perfect for walks or cycling. The building also has a swimming pool, which you are welcome to enjoy in season. You will have access to the kitchen and all common areas, and we want you to feel comfortable and at home during your stay.
  
  Meals are not included, but you will have full access to the kitchen to prepare your own food.
  We are happy to share some meals together occasionally as a family, but this is not part of the agreement.

  We truly want you to feel comfortable and happy during your stay with us. We value good communication, kindness and a friendly atmosphere at home. We hope to spend some time together, sharing conversations, meals from time to time and simple daily moments. Our goal is that you enjoy your experience here while we improve our English and you improve your Spanish in a natural and relaxed way.

  You will have plenty of freedom to organise your time. Our schedule is very flexible, and the help we need only takes a short part of the day. If you want to travel around Spain, explore nearby cities or organise weekend trips, there is absolutely no problem. As long as we coordinate the moments to speak English with our daughter, you can fit your work or travel plans around your stay without any restrictions.
