Descripción
We are a Chilean farm which looks at organic aquaculture. We work with a systemic approach looking at heterogeneity energy, reuse of productive waste and recycling. We also focus on the use of primary energy available in the immediate ecological landscape.
We are a group who live on the farm and live with students and professionals from different places. Our farm is located 21 km south of the port of Valparaíso. We work with marine research and with cultures of different marine species. -

In this organization, we carry out environmental activities and marine research. There is a job with primary energy and reuse of energies of the productive system. There are Exchange with others in the country who work or constantly visit the farm.

We have a hut that is shared with other people working on the farm. This account with bed, hot shower and all the basics needed to give you a pleasant stay. If goods with your partner, have a motorhome waiting for you.

We are in a privileged place of central chile. 21 km south of the capital of culture and heritage that is Valparaiso. Our farm this side of a rocky beach and mixed with forests. It is a place to be in contact with nature and tranquility.

Nous avons passé 10 jours dans la farm avec Javier, un employé. On travaillait de 9h à 12h et de 15h à 17h dans l'entrepôt. Les tâches sont simples mais très répétitives: trier les différents coquillages, préparer les commandes, laver les bacs et le sol... Very nice place, great people and delicious seafood! In your free time you can do some kayaking... together with see lions! The place is remote and conditions are basic, but there is a special charm about it. I spent a wonderful week at granja marina. I highly recommend it!

The place is unbelievable. Right on the water with a view on Valparaiso. Aldo, Miguel, Marcelo & Javier are so friendly guys and the work in the farm is interesting (sorting, checking and packing seafood). Just be aware this place is completely remote (no internet, electricity at night and few walks around possible) and really basic conditions.

This was quite unique experience.We had a great time staying at the farm. The work can be exhausting but yoi are getting addicted to it cause it is fun. I loved it.
Aldo, Miguel, and Marcelo are all wonderful people but don't expect them to pet you cause they have a loooot of work.

We spent a good week in the farm. We were lucky to meet two young students doing their internship, we really enjoyed the time spending with them ! Estuve dos semanas en la granja de Aldo y fue una experiencia fantastica, aprendi muchas cosas y pase grandes momentos con todos ellos.
Si te gusta la naturaleza y vivir al lado del mar este es tu sitio, 100% recomendable.

El lugar es impresionante, los paisajes, las personas alrededor. A veces practicamos kayac y es posible recorrer un poco del mar en bote. me quedé mas que un mes en lo del aldo, normalmente, no me quedo tanto en los lugares pero este fue muy especial !

2 weeks with Aldo & Miguel was an awesome experience learning about the marine supply industry in Chile internationally. Alice was there at the same time and we cook, cook & cook seafood, sharing our Asian Culture in cooking, barbecuing & eating seafood. We stayed in aldo's farm ten days, it was a good experience in this beautiful place. Indeed, the farm is in front of ocean and the landscape around is very amazing. I stayed with Aldo for two weeks and really enjoyed my time there! Both Aldo and Miguel, another worker there, are very nice and generous! The work isn't too hard and the amount of work is very reasonable. Besides that, it is a beautiful location outside of Valpo. I recommend a stay here!
